📦 START-UP SUPPLIES: To help you settle in, we provide the following essentials as a one-time starter set: 🧻 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom & 1 roll of paper towels. 🧼 Hand soap, dish soap, dish detergent, and a sponge. 🗑️ Trash bags for each can & a few laundry sheets. ☕ Ground coffee or coffee pods & dish towel(s). 🛀 One full set of bath towels and one beach towel per person. (Note: We do not provide extra supplies during your stay. Items NOT provided include shampoo, body wash, conditioner, tissues, spices, oils, sugar/cream, or foil.)
🚗 PARKING & ACCESS: One (1) car per reservation may park in the Garage (or in yellow-lined spots across from the gift shop if the Garage is full) using the pass found in the unit. Additional cars incur a $20 daily fee and must park in white-lined spaces with the attendant on duty. Elevators: Convenient access throughout the building.
🌴 THE AREA: Dining: Walk to Crabby Bill’s, Slyce Pizza, PJ’s Oyster Bar, or Lighthouse Donuts. Explore: A coastal trolley stops nearby to take you up and down the coast for a minimal fee.
⚠️ IMPORTANT POLICIES: 🔞 Age: Primary guest must be 25+. 🕒 Check-in/Check-out: Self check-in is 4PM or later. Check-out by 10AM on departure day. 🌡️ Water Park: Closes if temperatures are under 60°F. Wristbands issued at the gift shop. 🐾 Animals: Under ADA and Florida law, owners are not required to allow emotional support animals (ESAs); only documented service animals are permitted. ❄️ AC/Heat: All 3 thermostats must be set to the same mode (either all Heat or all Cool) to function properly. 🚭 Smoke-Free & Vape-Free Environment: To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, this property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. This policy applies to the entire interior of the unit, the balcony, and all common areas within the community. Evidence of smoking/vaping will result in a minimum $500 deep-cleaning fee. 🌊✨
📝 RENTAL AGREEMENT & PAYER REQUIREMENTS: If someone else is paying for your stay, their name and email must be added to the booking, and THE PAYER MUST SIGN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT. Only the authorized payer may sign the rental agreement. Your check-in instructions will be automatically sent at 3 PM on your arrival day, provided the payer has signed the rental agreement.
🕒 EARLY CHECK-IN POLICY: Because we have a high volume of same-day turnovers, we kindly ask that you refrain from requesting an early check-in. Should the unit be available earlier, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee.
Please note that this unit is self-check-in. This is an individually owned condo. There is no front desk or other location that can provide luggage storage should you arrive early. Due to liability, luggage cannot be stored in the unit before check-in.
🚨 STRICT NO REFUND POLICY (PLEASE READ): TRAVEL INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. There is a STRICT NO REFUND policy within 60 days of check-in. This includes no refunds for health conditions, weather, water conditions (such as Red Tide or cold water), or transportation issues (such as flight cancellations).
Hurricane Season (June 1 – November 30): There are no exceptions for the threat of an approaching Hurricane or for the hurricane aftermath, including potential closures of restaurants, roads, beaches, pools, elevators, or utilities. We strongly urge you to purchase "Cancel For Any Reason" (CFAR) travel insurance through a 3rd party to protect your stay. Date changes are not guaranteed, but if allowed, are subject to a $50 fee plus any rate differences.
📬 MAIL: Mail delivery is not permitted at this vacation rental. If you need mail during your stay, we recommend purchasing a local P.O. Box.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this property and it was probably the best out of all 3. The room was nice and I loved the location on the 2nd floor. Sometimes the elevator runs very slow there so taking the stairs right up to our room was really easy. What really helped with our stay and stood out to me was Debra, the property manager. She was great!! Any questions were answered immediately and she was extremely helpful!

This place was such a great option for our family and extended family. Place was clean, organized, location was awesome for the water park, town and beach. The on site beach toys/wagon were also a big perk.
We had a great beach get away. The condo was as described and the location was great. A 3-5 minute walk to the beach. Communication was responsive. My only suggestion is towel racks or hooks. There was no place to hang towels or wet suits except over furniture or doors. We did use the balcony of course. Other than that, a great stay!

Great property and great location. Loved the area! Easy walk to the beach, CVS, and multiple restaraunts and shops. Only downside to the property is the parking and limited space in the parking garage. Other than that no issues and waterpark is great for days when the beach was too windy.

Came here with my husband, our three year old and my mother in law. The place was great and in a perfect location, we definitely want to come back and stay again!
Although the weather was cooler, we absolutely loved our stay! The water park was a blast for my 5 year old, and I loved how close we were to the beach! It was also fantastic to be within walking distance to so many restaurants and shops!

Perfect beach vacation. We were an easy walk to the beach, local bars, and restaurants. The water park was fun but packed with people. This unit is on the other side of the building facing the intracoastal; nice and quiet.

The property was excellent, just as advertised. The amenities, and the value added items, like the waterpark passes, as well as the proximity to the beach, shopping, and restaurants, was excellent, and the host was super prompt, flexible, and kind. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a beach vacation in the Tampa area with family.
