Southern Delight Duplex is located in a private family-friendly Gulf Shores Plantation - a secure, gated Gulf Front Resort. The Robert Trent Jones Kiva Dunes Golf Course is directly behind this unit.

The cottage is directly across from tropical courtyard with 2 outdoor pools, a hot tub gazebo, pool cabana, and a short boardwalk to the sugar white sandy beaches!!

Bring the whole family! Each unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus spacious living area and fully furnished kitchen with new full-size appliances.

Gulf View from dining area, upper deck, and upstairs Master Bedroom

Main floor has living area, kitchen, and downstairs master bedroom with connecting bath and king-size bed.

Upstairs is another Master bedroom with connecting bath and King-size bed plus 3rd bedroom with bunk beds.

All rooms professionally decorated with beach décor.

Luxury linens on all the beds.

4 Sets of towels provided in each bathroom.

The size of the unit was great for our needs.It does need some updates, new mattresses and bedding, a few more towels and washclothes.The kitchen was well equipped, which we found very helpful. We were missing the remote for the TV. We were told one would be delivered, but it never showed up.

Amazing Trip

We had a wonderful stay at the duplex with our whole family. It was the perfect amount of space and division for the different groups. Everyone was able to do what they wanted, when they wanted to. We had a family of 6 staying in the home and everyone had enough space to eat, sleep, shower and move about inside. The storage room was fully stocked with beach toys and beach chairs. Perfect getaway
