Guest Comments
"We stayed at Banana Pancakes Holiday House in June 2014 and I must say that it's the most delightful place that I've stayed at in Margaret River. It's tucked away in a majestic location surrounded by tall trees, cottage gardens and quietly chirping birds. You feel that you are a million miles away, despite the town centre only being a stone throw away. We were impressed by the tranquility, the house design and the amenities that they had to offer. Amongst the highlights were sitting by the wood fire at night or on the back verandah at daytime overlooking the beautiful gardens. We felt as if we were at a home away from home. We have already recommended this to all of our friends and we will certainly be revisiting Banana Pancakes again." Emma from Perth.
"We stayed for our family holiday at Banana Pancakes and loved every minute of it! There was so much to keep the kids occupied, including a trampoline, tyre swings, a bike track and a great selection of games. That was when they weren't exploring the huge property! Looking forward to our next getaway!" The Brennan family.
"We stayed 2 nights at Banana Pancakes and seriously didn't want to leave, its such a beautiful tranquil place. The cottage itself is so well equipped and spotless! With the added bonus of being able to bring our dogs who loved the acre of fully fenced bush garden. I am so glad I found this accommodation and cannot wait for our next stay." - Sarah.

It feels like a forgotten cottage swallowed up by the beautiful bush and trees surrounding it. We had a kangaroo visit one morning. You could almost forget your are just 5 minutes from town. Lovely stay

Thank you for the kind words Helen. Nice to see a kangaroo stopped by too!
We loved Banana Pancakes. Kids loved the toys, books and activities and had plenty of room to run around outside. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking.Beds and couch were super comfortable and the aircon in the lounge was enough to keep the house cool during the hot days. The property felt secluded but was close to town and an easy 20 minute walk to the main strip. We were super lucky and saw kangaroos on the drive our first morning.

There was plenty of toys for a small child to play with and they where kind enough to ensure there was a slip mat for a toddler to use in the bath. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the walks in the garden.
Great to hear...you're welcome back anytime Jason. Thanks for staying with us.

Very nice property
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house and block are lovely--very comfortable and peaceful --nice bush walks and so close to town. The beds were very comfortable and the back porch is a great place to sit and enjoy the peace and serenity.
Banana Pancakes is a clean and comfortable house on a lovely bush block. We love coming here to relax and to walk on the easily accessible trails nearby - and so do our dogs! Another fantastic stay for us, thank you for sharing your property.

We are really enjoyed our short stay. Our dog love to playing ball in the garden. Banana Pancake is a comfortable accomdation for family and pet friendly accommodation.
Perfect house for a family holiday. Our teenager was happy to have her own room, while the kidult boys were happy in their own space. They even used the cricket toys (after a few ball purchases). Meanwhile I felt like I was a millions miles from anywhere. Being surrounded by the most beautiful trees and birds. Loved my little walks around the property

It's nice to see that you noticed the birds as well. We did have a birdie friend stay once for a weekend and he was able to spot 26 different bird species over the 2 days!
Our son and dogs loved being able to explore this beautiful bush block. It felt like we were tucked away in the Forrest whilst still being very close to town.

Thank you Stephanie. We are glad that you made good use of the fireplace...it really does add an ambience and we think is a nice centrepiece for the living area. Adults love to have a wine whilst sitting in front of it and kids do love toasting their marshmallows! You are welcome back anytime. :-)
This is our second time staying at Banana Pancakes. We absolutely love it. The bush setting is calming and peaceful, and only a short drive into town. A great place to base your Margaret River experience.

Thanks very ,uch for staying with us again Kylie. We love it when we have returning guests, and you are most welcome any time!
Beautiful little cottage - really nicely decorated and super cosy. Had a fab few days. Maggie dog loved it but had to keep on lead as cattle cross and fence not high enough to contain her. Perfect location between town and beach too!

Thanks for the feedback Lesley.
We are not sure what you mean by cattle cross as we don't have one of these on the property. The fence is approximately 1.5m. Sorry that your dog was able to get over it.
Thanks very much for staying with us! :-)
