All four bedrooms and a full bathroom are located on the second floor, providing privacy and a comfortable sleeping layout. Outside, guests can enjoy a landscaped, fully fenced yard with multi-level paver patios and conversation seating beneath a pergola canopied in wisteria, along with a separate smaller fenced section that can be used to safely separate a small dog if needed.
