The separate living room has it’s own air-conditioner and ceiling fan and two large sliding doors entering onto the wrap around balcony. Relax on the 2.5 seat sofa with chaise while casting your favourite TV series on the Smart TV or stream Netflix, Stan, movies, TV shows and YouTube. The spectacular view from the living room encompasses the ocean to the Nerang River and the Gold Coast hinterland.
Watch the sunrise over the ocean in the morning while having breakfast or the sunset over the hinterland in the evening while having a home cooked dinner.

The kitchen is equipped with a full family size fridge, ceramic top stove, dishwasher, microwave, Air Fryer, toaster, electric jug and your own barista level coffee machine. All your cooking and eating utensils are there too! Complimentary coffee, tea and sugar is provided.
The bedroom has a separate air-conditioner and a ceiling fan, with magical views of the Nerang River/ Gold Coast hinterland. There is a comfortable king size bed with pillow topped mattress and clean 1000 thread linen. Forget you phone charger/international power chords - just bring the USB chord as this bedroom is equipped with bedside tables, easily accessible power points with powered USB-A chargers on either side of the bed. There is also a full-size wardrobe with plenty of hanging space and drawers. An ironing board and iron is provided for your convenience.
