The host was wonderful and very responsive. The location is amazing. Very convenient we just crossed the street to the beach and it is minutes walk to the old town. The issues we had with the place is air condition is only available in the bedrooms. There’s a lot of clutter and no space in one of the bedroom to put away our clothes. Finally, bedsheets, towels, dishes and cutlery were quite old. We bought our own towels.

Wonderful views

Perfect location, close to the beach and 5 min walk to the old town. Host was very helpful and check in was super easy.Apartment is a great size with 2 double bedrooms with air conditioning. Washing machine came in very useful as we stayed for a month. Very happy with our vacation

The apartment is located very nice with a short distance to center of Antibes. Really close to the beach and the view from the apartment is amazing. Two bedrooms were we slept really good, dark and with AC. We had nothing to complain about and everything worked out fine during our stay. Ghislain was really helpful and nice. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Respite in Antibes

We didn't want to leave! The location - perfect! Ghislaine was beyond helpful and accommodating. The place is clean, kitchen has all the essentials (and then some!). We stayed for 10 days, 3 of which included our two daughters and grandparents. I would be back there is a heartbeat!

Great, great location and great place

This is a great location. There are a couple of good restaurants nearby, but Old Town Antibes is less than a 15 minute walk and has some of the best food we have ever had. We discovered Antibes is the perfect location to be at on the Cote d’Azur. It’s centrally located and this condo is easy access to the train station, so you can get to Cannes, Nice, Monaco, Grasse simply and quickly. The rooms are plenty big and all of the amenities are working perfectly. We would recommend this place to all our friends, and already have.

Incredible Stay!

We loved staying at Ghislaine's apartment! We were greeted by her when we arrived and she showed us around the apartment making us feel at home. The view from the apartment is incredible and the apartment is very spacious. It is in a great location with the beach less than 5 min away and old town is about 10 min. We loved every second of our stay and we are already planning on when we can come back!

Perfect location in Antibes

Loved the property. Rising in the morning to stunning views of sunrise over the Mediterranean. A few minutes from the ramparts. Less than ten-minute walk to Picasso museum and center of old town. Two small grocery stores within a few minutes. Kayser bakery a few minutes away. Larger supermarkets about a ten-minute walk. And near the main artery that separates old from new and takes you straight to train station and port.

The view was great. The location was excellent. Apartment was clean and spacious. Very, very difficult entry to toilet. Washer-dryer did not to work (could be user error). Mattress sagged in the middle. No real pillows. But worst of all was the 45 euro charge for three bath towels and sheets for the two beds (plus we had to go the the laundry a block away to pay the bill). There were only the three bath towels (for three of us) - no hand towels or wash cloths. I thought this was unusual though maybe it is common in Antibes. This kept us from giving five stars.

Lovely stay in Antibes

My husband and I spent two weeks in Ghislaine’s lovely apartment. The panoramic view was beautiful. Emmanuelle was waiting for us when we arrived from the airport and was very responsive to any request or concern throughout our stay. The little washing machine worked very well and held a surprising amount of clothing, towels, etc. We were concerned about not having a dryer, but the drying racks worked well, so we did not feel the necessity of taking our laundry to a “pressing.” The location was excellent, close enough to walk into the center of old Antibes every day, as well as along the beaches. It was Easter week, so the town was quite animated with people. The beds were quite firm, not really a problem for me but a little difficult for my husband. A foam topper would be a nice solution. In the evenings, we enjoyed the very comfortable seating and Netflix on the large-screen television. We felt very safe in the apartment and appreciated the parking space in the secure parking for the building. There are very good restaurants close by, as well as in the center of town. We especially enjoyed the seafood restaurant, Chez Mo (Albert 1er) two blocks away and the Cafe Milo in town by the old fountain. .Thank you Ghislaine and Emmanuelle for making our return to beautiful Antibes perfect! We would return to your apartment without hesitation! 🥰🇫🇷

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The hosts were very kind, welcoming, communicative, and clearly wanted to make sure we were comfortable. The hosts allowed us to check in early which was so great after a long flight with young kids. During our stay, we we’re asked to help with an air conditioning maintenance task that we hadn’t been informed about in advance. After checkout, we were contacted about an issue with the property and asked to return, even though we had already left town but we didn’t get any follow ups after that. Unclear how this issue was resolved.

The host is very nice and most responsive to any concern. The location couldn't be better - walking to everything, including the train station to get to anywhere on the Riviera. The view is spectacular. We would stay again. Some concerns were: a lot of clutter so it was hard to store our things for a month. There were only a few towels that were old and worn. The kitchen is old and the cabinets are in poor shape, so little room for food for a month. We needed to buy everything from spices to paper towels, which was fine for our long stay but really nothing was provided in the way of disposables (bath soap, etc.). The building has no interior lights so coming back at night you are in pitch black. That said, we were very happy with out stay and sad to leave.
