Great Location in SouthGate on a quiet street with fenced back yard for your DOG. This house has been refurbished with new kitchen, new HvAC; The old reviews are prior to the renovations done. House is very well equipped for your vacation needs. Walk to SouthGate shopping area, GROCERY, movies, restaurants fitness center. Just North of Siesta Key bridge you can be at the beach in 10 minutes. Two bedrooms, two baths, washer, dryer, internet. all you need to do is bring your vacation clothes and fun attitude. Looking forward to having you as our guest.
