New items include appliances, granite counter tops, 2-1/2 car garage with washer, dryer, beach chairs, umbrella, trash cans, trash bags etc. Our backyard has a fenced in patio. Off street parking, patio with outside furniture, laundry room, huge space with master suite. Close to Siesta Key and shopping.
