Location, location, location. This cozy condo is ideal for anyone wanting the full Park City experience. Located right in the heart of town - less than ½ mile from the world renowned Park City Mountain Resort. The condo is just outside of charming Old Town featuring Historic Main Street with four star-dining, world-class shopping and unique art galleries. Take a few steps to Fresh Market for groceries, Starbucks, movie theaters, a liquor store, restaurants, shopping and one of the local's favorites, Squatters Brewery.
One of the greatest things about this town is the FREE city bus system allowing visitors to get everywhere the need to go without a car, and the city bus stop is located right out the back door of your condo! If you choose to rent a car, there is a reserved carport for this unit.
The downstairs features an open layout with the kitchen open to the main living space, 24 ft ceilings and a nice, cozy gas fireplace to cuddle up by after a long day on the slopes. The kitchen is recently updated with granite countertops, custom cabinetry and new appliances. The downstairs also features an in-unit washer and dryer, a dining area and a small powder room. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms - A large master suite with a King bed, a balcony with a view of the mountains and a full bath. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and the third bedroom has 2 bunk beds (4 twin beds). The condo also includes cable and high-speed wifi.
The Park Avenue condo complex includes a heated swimming pool and two oversized hot tubs so you can enjoy a relaxing outdoor soak after a long day out and about. Note: The pool and hot tubs are closed April 20-May 21 and Sept.8-Dec.5. Tennis courts are not open during winter. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- During the SUMMER months, you will enjoy this prime location as well, as it sits on the Park City golf course and backs up to world class hiking and biking trails. Our home away from home offers incredible adventure year round and includes all the amenities you'd expect expect in a luxury mountain rental, steps from Park City Mountain Resort.
SUNDANCE visitors will also love the location of this condo. You can walk to the library theater, the Yarrow Theater, the Eccles theater or the Holiday Village theaters. Hop on the bus (right out your back door) for the short ride to Main Street for all the action.

This condo is wonderful. It's in a convenient location (walking distance to theaters, Fresh Market, the library Twisted Fern (a restaurant with delicious food), bus stops to other parts of town, and the condo is well equipped. There was even detergent for both the dishwasher and washing machine.The host is extremely accommodating. She let me stay in the condo past the 10 am check out time and last year she let me store my suitcase in the snow closet after I checked out.I hope I get another opportunity to stay in this condo.
Great host, very accommodating! Clean property and very close to Park city mountain. Great location, very close to transit and grocery store. Community pool and hot tubs were fantastic after a day of skiing. Definitely recommend staying here!

Great place in PC!
This location is fantastic, one stop (usually) from PCM, great space for families, a quick walk across the street for groceries and 1~ mile from Main St. Most importantly, Mackenzie was GREAT to work with. Thank you!
This was our 5th ski trip with good friends and the place was perfect! Our boys had their own room with bunk beds, the kitchen was a perfect place to socialize! Safe neighborhood, comfy beds, and was pretty quiet. Took a bit to figure out the path to the base but we figured it out. The skiing was meh with lack of snow and the ski patroller strike but the place was great!
Spacious, Comfortable, Convenient, and a Wonderful Host
This place was amazing. It was spacious, comfortable, very convenient for getting around Park City, and, on top of that, the host was wonderful and accommodating. She asked when we were going to arrive and made arrangements to store our belongings until the place was cleaned and ready for moving in. I would jump at the opportunity to rent this place again.
The host was extremely hospitable; she allowed for early check in, late check out, and storing luggage in a locked storage closet after we checked out.
The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable, there were power strips by each side of the king bed so that I could charge multiple devices, and on top of all that the water in the showers was delightful.
The condo is convenient to theaters, the library, Freshmarket, and buses to many parts of town.
I strongly recommend this property and host. I look forward to staying there again.
Owner is super responsive and very helpful. Location is really good. You do NOT need a car. We rode the bus everywhere with no problem. For a small fee the owner had our condo stocked with food before arrival. What a plus. Highly recommend this service. We had 6 adults on our ski trip. The place needs some updating and housekeeper could do a better job but it was comfortable. The beds were comfortable which is another huge plus. The common hot tubs are nice. Internet is VERY GOOD. Which was a plus for the video production techie's in our group. PN California

Cleanliness is my number one priority at our condo (we stay in it too!) and if ever I’m staying somewhere cleanliness is the only thing I care about. Our housekeeper has been cleaning our condo for 4 years now and is extremely detailed. I’m not sure what happened in this instance or where you felt it needed improvement but please feel free to message me so that I can ensure it remains sparkly clean like we all like it! Cute place, awesome location!
My husband and I traveled with our 3 teenaged kids to Park City to ski/snowboard for a week. The location of the property was awesome. We were able to walk right across the street to the Fresh Market for groceries. A block down was the liquor store, local bagel breakfast shop and other restaurants. The shuttle stopped right outside of the building and we took it every day to ski and board or to go into town to eat dinner or shop. The shuttle service was free and most places were less than 10 minutes away. The great thing about this condo is it is directly between the Canyons and Park City resorts. The condo itself had a great kitchen, a nice private master with master bath and there was plenty of room for the kids. The loft was perfect for our daughter and our sons shared the room with two twin beds. There was a bathroom between the loft and the twin bed room for the kids to use. The living room had a big couch for all of us to relax on after skiing/boarding all day and we had the fireplace on all the time. We didn't use the garage because we didn't rent a car but it did have a huge closet that fit all of our snowboards/skis, etc. The walk to the shuttle was even easy in ski boots! The kids used the indoor pool/hot tub righ in the condo complex. I would highly recommend.

Fabulous location, comfortable beds, great kitchen and area to hang out. This condo was decorated beautifully and had everything we needed. We were two families of 3, with teen sons who enjoyed the bunk beds. The owners were super helpful and communicative. We’d definitely recommend the place to others and stay again.
Mackenzie’s condo is as advertised; ideal location! We walked to the shuttle in ski boots and were at PCM in 5 minutes. Fresh Market and good restaurants all close walks too. We walked to/from town more then we shuttled.
The condo was clean, comfortable and plenty spacious for six adults. Some updating (bathrooms, carpet) could be done but, honestly, feel like that’s nitpicking.
Mackenzie is a pleasure to deal with and runs the process extremely efficiently. If we were to return to Park City I would definitely stay here again.
We stayed with a group of friends during the back end of Sundance and then a couple more days, and this place met our needs completely. It is well looked after from beginning to end.
The photos give an accurate depiction of the property. The location is excellent, especially for Sundance Film Festival and other times of the year for walking or free shuttle bus access to food stores, shopping, dining and everything Park City has to offer. The condo itself is typical of many built circa 1980: somewhat dated exterior and floor plan, but the place has been updated.
Some units of this size in Park City are very "vertical" so you find yourself climbing up and down stairs. This one is on two levels and is long front to back. A nice feature.
Everything you need -- and sometimes more than you need -- is onsite. The kitchen in particular is well kitted out for vacation use: There is enough of everything, and it's easy to find (once you figure out what switches control which lights). Example: There appear to be 2 working blenders! Plenty of cookware and utensils, dishes and cutlery. (We made breakfast and some meals in.) The living room is comfortable for a good-sized group, and there are two-plus spaces for seated meals.
Should you attempt the 500-piece puzzle, make sure you have some time and a lot of eyeballs and decent lighting.
The owner Mackenzie is almost laughably helpful. I don't think I waited 5 minutes for a response to any text message. I would have texted less if I had paid closer attention to the very handy and comprehensive condo orientation book that she provides to users.
The pool and hot tub for the complex is down the street a few minutes walk away, and has limited hours. You won't be able to have a late-evening soak.
This is a charming condo in an ideal location. We had 5 adults, and didn't feel at all crowded. The owner was very responsive to all queries. Two thumbs up!
Convenient and Comfortable Stay in the midst of the Enchanting Natural Beauty of Telluride
We thoroughly enjoyed the condo and the Park City area in general. The unit is very convenient and very comfortable. We really liked the layout, the interior views and the covered parking. Perhaps some updating would make it even better. Nothing major, just a few loose plumbing fittings, new carpeting maybe. The furniture in the courtyard looked as though it had been discarded. Maybe it should be.

It is currently “winterized”- meaning all cushions are stored and we use custom made outdoor covers and stack the furniture in the corner to save it from the snow. My family of 5 really enjoyed our stay here. The location is excellent. Condo is spacious and clean. We even drove to PCMR to ski as the drive felt like half a mile. The outdoor pool and hot tubs were downplayed a bit. They are very nice and we enjoyed them just about every day.

Clean, Spacious, and Convenient
A group of 7 of us, all adults, stayed here for a week and it was perfect. It was very clean and spacious, enough room for all of us and had all of the amenities you would need for your stay. Very close distance to the bus stop which we walked to everyday. In just a few minutes you can be in the Park City or Canyons ski base. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Great condo in the best location!
A terrific condo perfect for our Sundance-attending group! Clean, well-appointed, and spacious, with all the amenities (and super soft sheets!!). Plus an excellent location - literally across the street from Fresh Market and the DoubleTree. Quiet condo complex, too, and key-entry so easy. Hosts very friendly and accommodating, with prompt communication, and flexible on check in/check out. Just wonderful. Highly recommend. We will be back. Thank you!!

Very comfortable, great location!
We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. There was plenty of room, the furniture was all very comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked with all the utensils we needed. The location was wonderful - right on the bus line in both directions and with grocery and retail shopping a few steps awaay. We walked downtown for dinner - might be a bit long for some but we're walkers so it was great. Plus it's downhill on the way home! Park City Mountain Resort was just around the corner. We had one non-skier in our party so she was our "driver" and was able to drop us off and pick us up in a matter of minutes. We would definitely stay here again!

Hi! My husband and I were born and raised in Park City now living away from home in sunny California. We have 2 children and love sharing our hometown and our childhood experiences with our kids. My family is all still living in Park City (in my original family home) and we come back to Park City as often as we can. We just purchased our condo this year and can't wait to enjoy it and make memories here and most importantly share our great hometown with our guests.

This location is ideal. Located only 5 minutes from the house I was born and raised in... super convenient to all of our favorite local spots.
What makes this property unique
I have always loved the charm of these classic condos. The architecture and features of the high - lofted ceilings, the brick and of course, the location. Whether it be summer or winter, the location is ideal. Some of my favorite restaurants for breakfast and lunch are a 2 minute walk away, the town grocery store is right across the street, movie theaters...etc. In the winter, you are less than 1/2 mile or 1 bus stop away from Park City Mountain Resort and the cross- country track is right out your front door. During the summer, you can golf (the property is on the Park City Golf Course), you can hike or bike anywhere and some of the worlds best trails are right out your front door. Also if you're lucky enough to visit over the 4th of July, some of the best views are right on the golf course behind this condo (we always rode our bikes to the golf course for the best view of the fireworks.)
