Perfectly located right at the base of Park City Ski Resort so you can walk right to the lifts. This spacious 1800 sq ft condo has been remodeled in 2016, including all new furniture, kitchen, bathrooms and carpet! It has 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms with underground covered parking. The master has a king size bed with a TV and shower for two and private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a large bunk bed with a full size mattress on bottom and twin on top. The third bedroom has a King size bed.

The living room is very spacious with a large screen TV, fireplace, and plenty of room to relax. Enjoy free WiFi and cable to make your stay more enjoyable.

There is a shared hot tub and pool available for your use just a short walk away. Many amenities are provided including professionally cleaned sheets and towels, shampoo, soap and toilet paper. Catch the free bus that stops right outside the property that will take you anywhere you want to go in Park city, or rent a car and enjoy this fabulous property! You will love the comfort of this condo and all Park City has to offer!

Wonderful location. Well appointed and stocked kitchen. Upstairs bedroom with King bed has thin walls with downstairs master bedroom. Upstairs bathroom does not drain well. Love that it has plenty of towel hooks upstairs. Kitchen could use more glassware. Love the seating area. Plenty of pillows and towels.

The condo is appropriately described in the VRBO description and the photos. We had plenty of room for everyone and really enjoyed the inset living room and TV. The fireplace was easy on and off and provided a cozy atmosphere. The check-in was easy and the instructions provided for parking, check-in, and check-out were clear. The parking was reserved (1 vehicle), covered/underground, and close to the condo. The kitchen was lacking of some items (non-stick pan) and it would have been better if there were shower soap and extra towels/washcloths available. Could also consider adding hot tub-specific towels. Unfortunately, the microwave stopped working halfway through our stay so this may need fixing. The hot tub (and heated pool!) was a short walk and the code for access was easy. Very close walking access to Park City ski lifts and easy driving/walking to the downtown. Overall, a great winter stay with lots of room but may need to improve some of the amenities to make it a 5/5.

Perfect location and layout

We stayed here with our children for a lacrosse tournament. It was perfect with our kids upstairs and us in the downstairs primary bedroom. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed. Owner communication was outstanding. We had a few questions about parking and he responded within seconds.

The home was fine. Well-equipped. There was a glitch as it was not cleaned when we arrived. We had to stay in a hotel the first night as we could not reach anyone. The owner reimbursed us right away. VRBO can do little to help with a management problem, and contacting the owner quickly.

A great stay and great location

We enjoyed this experience immensely. Perfect location and great for family of 6. Location location location. Just steps from First time list and better yet, just steps from the community hot tub and pool. Highly recommend.

Overall, we had a really great stay. Very convenient location, and the condo fit our group’s needs perfectly. We loved the conversation pit especially, and the kitchen was very nice and updated. Parking instructions were clear and the condo was easy for us to find.We were a bit disappointed in the overall cleanliness with linens and kitchen items. 2 of the bathroom toilet paper handles weren’t connected to the wall, and the downstairs bathroom has a hole in the wall. The upstairs shower was also clogged and didn’t drain well. Not game changers, but just items to note and improve on. Overall, would recommend for a more affordable option for larger groups.

Great place, very short walk to lifts!

Spent a week in the condo for a family ski trip. Host was awesome and very responsive. Property was clean, spacious, and well stocked with cookware and utensils. 5 minute drive to historic Park City, two minute walk to lifts. Will be staying here again next time we are back.

Great location to the slopes

Property was just as listed. The kids loved the sunken living room space. Had a little issue figuring out which unit it was because somehow Vrbo didn’t list the condo number or the assigned parking spot number with all of the other check in info. Eventually got a hold of the owner to confirm info.

Great location and facilities.

This property was as described regarding location. Very easy walk to ski slope with my kids 13 and 16. The hot tub and pool were also great and very close to walk to. The actual condo is not updated and slightly run down, but not drastically so. The dishwasher broke while we were there and could not be fixed which was a drawback. Of course things happen...The owner was very easy to reach by phone. It would have been nice if there was some more information provided about the property, hot tub/pool, and surrounding area (like local free bus routes and local businesses) so we didn't have to figure so much out on our own. But overall a pleasant place to stay with a great location.

Nice place with good location. Some issues.

Good location, 5 minute walk to the chairlifts. Make sure to get detailed check-in instructions before going. The address they give you is for a set of properties. We weren't given the exact unit # and spent a few minutes walking around in the cold trying to figure it out. The manager however did promptly answer my phone call. The place is overall clean but there were several items left there from the last guests. This included clothing items, ice cream in the fridge, unused disposable diaper, etc. Lastly and most importantly, the heating was a problem. There is one thermostat and it was really difficult to get the temperature just right for both floors. One floor was either too hot or too cold compared to the other. Overall would recommend with the above caveats.

Shabby Property, Rude Host

Nice property in an excellent location that is severely neglected (kitchen faucet handle ready to fall off, hole in bathroom wall, microwave only operates intermittently, burned out light bulbs, broken toilet paper holder, trash between washer and wall, stove knob about to fall off, broken towel racks, shower rod curtain partially detached, torn upholstery, stained toilet, filth in bathroom), lacking in basic amenities (no wash cloths, no kitchen sponge or dish cloth, no facial tissue, only five bath towels for a unit that sleeps eight and has shared jacuzzi access-use your towel for both bathing and jacuzzi and share towels if you have more than five people in your group?) and a rude, unresponsive host (when I had not received check in information two days prior to arrival I reached out to the host, when he was unreachable I reached out to VRBO, instead of sharing that information with VRBO he called me, berated me and recommended I cancel my reservation. I asked if he was offering a full refund. He went silent. Scam? Does he deliberately attack clients in order to get them to forfeit their payment? Jacuzzi acces code not provided. When informed regarding hole in wall, response was he knew. Request for washcloths never addressed. No attempt to make microwave operational.). I have stayed in two similarly priced condominiums in Sun Valley and Steamboat this ski season. Both were light years ahead in term of amenities, quality of support, cleanliness and furnishings.

Baby it’s cold outside

The condo is a short (uphill) walk to the base area as expected. The only issue with checkin was the lack of a unit number anywhere in the instructions but the host was quick in all responses so that was short lived. The rating was dropped because of the heating. The thermostat for the heater is upstairs and air circulation isn’t the best so it was seldom comfortable both up and down stairs - especially in the front master bedroom. There were a lot of extra blankets to help keep those in this bed cozy while the upstairs occupants utilized the ceiling fans to keep from baking. The location was good and the sunken living area was a huge hit with the kids (5-10 year olds).

Really nice place. Very comfortable. Easy booking and check in process.

Overall good. Some small maintenance items that need to be rectified such as master bath shower drain. Also the neighbor allows his dogs in to the yard and does not clean up after them. Very nasty when trying to play in the snow with the kids.
