Fully paneled, approximately 150 m2 living space comprising 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 2 shower rooms, 3 WCs, an American kitchen opening onto a living room with breathtaking views of the valley. A 5000m2 plot surrounds the house.

Ideally placed for all mountain activities, close to shops (Saint Dalmas / Saint Martin Vésubie) and Alpha Loup park (Boréon).
