We enjoyed our stay on the lake in Encounter Bay. Very relaxing and comfortable. Our 2 greyhounds enjoyed it too.

The lake view was very peaceful. Overall my little Bella and i weren't ready to go home. The house is in a handy place for all kinds of walks. I really enjoyed our stay i will definitely book again.

Lakeside stay

Really great spot. The kids had a great time on the lake with the kayaks it’s only a short walk to cafe for breakfast and coffee. We brought our dog and it was very pet friendly.

Family holiday

The property was clean and set up well so all you need is your clothes and food the only downside was there was no ladder on the pontoon and was hard to get down and up from the water although there was a ladder on property it was rusted and not useable

Wonderful few days would come again. 2 minor issues (a)door lock from garage to entrance hall very hard. (b) remote for TV very unresponsive possibly needs new batteries. Other wise 👍

A great getaway

This property is located in a very quiet street with easy access to the beach. We chose it to paddle on the lake. It is low maintenance and well laid out. We had a wonderful stay.

Absolutely perfect 😊

My daughter and I have stayed here before and it's our favourite place to stay in Victor Harbor. The house is in a perfect location and is always spotlessly clean, quiet and has everything we need plus more. This is now our 'go to' place to stay for a short holiday.

Brilliant property

My husband friends and I loved our stay here! A five minute walk to the beach, deli and take away close by, and the house itself was amazing. Plenty of room, super clean, all modern appliances. We would absolutely stay here again!

My wife and I , our daughter and partner And their kids had a weekend getaway. This house ticked all the boxes, Canoes, BBQ, a/c, multiple toilets and bathrooms, pontoon access to lake, great kitchen etc. Great time with family

Family trip getaway

We loved our short little holiday. The house was spacious, clean and safe since we have a very active two years old little girl. There wasn’t anywhere that she could hurt herself even though the house was by the water. We did however have an unfortunate experience with a cross the river neighbour who came out in his underwear telling us not to feed fish/birds. We spoke to Police who advised it was not illegal to feed the birds by the water. It didn’t stop us from having a nice time with our family however it really wasn’t a pleasant sight/experience.
