Ah....the serenity!

A very picturesque and peaceful location surrounded by wildlife. The studio was very clean and perfect for a few nights stay for two adults.

Relax in nature

We had a lovely relaxing week here waking to the sounds of all of the small birds around. This is a cosy place to read in the sun, stargaze in the garden at night and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to feel at home.

A Hepburn retreat in an idyllic setting to watch the Kangaroos and walk to a café for a coffee.

This Hepburn retreat is comfortable, clean and functional with good heating and cooling, allowing you to relax in a quiet, tranquil bush setting. You can watch the Kangaroos in the olive grove and dam below the unit and do an easy 15 minute walk to the Hepburn Springs cafes and restaurants. Pamela is a great host and excellent communicator.

A little piece of Heaven.

The Studio was just perfect for us two. It had everything you could need and the location was far enough away from everything for that real getaway feel but close enough to all the local amenities for convenience. We loved our daily visits from the wildlife, just stunning and we would love to come back again. Pamela and Robert were great hosts. Thank you.

A wonderfully peaceful property set in beautiful surroundings.

A very enjoyable stay. Excellent communication with Pamela which made check in quick and easy. Comfortable and cosy with a functional kitchen. Enjoyed the gardens and kangaroos. Would recommend to friends and hopefully will be back soon.

Yep - the kangaroos and I agree. The Studio is the cutest, most adorable, picturesque, and comfortable place to be. Close enough to the town to be convenient. Far enough away to grab your very own slice of nature. Just loved my stay!

What makes this property unique

We are considered Land for Wildlife and you will find the numerous native wildlife of animals and birds etc. which frequent our peaceful ambience property to graze and lay around in. Please do not try to get too close to the wildlife as you may frighten them away. Remember they are not pets so please do not feed them. They have a natural diet living off the land.
You will often feel re-energized as you relax within the property.
We totally respect your privacy during your stay to give you the utmost benefit. You are welcome to walk on the grassed area and around the olive grove. However we kindly ask you also respect our privacy at the other Cottage end of the property and our surrounds.
