Home has all impact windows so you and your family can relax with peace of mind. Beautifully furnished throughout, the master bedroom has a kingsize bedroom set, one guestroom with a King size bedroom set and one bedroom with two twinsize beds. Study has a queensize sofabed for family and friends visiting. Modern kitchen with granite counter tops equipped with all you need.
Just 2 miles away from world famous Marco Island beach! You will be walking on white sandy beaches and swimming in warm gulf waters, and might even catch a playful dolphin show! Afterwards you will enjoy breathtaking sunsets and romantic walks on the beach. We fell in love with Marco Island over twenty five years ago when we would vacation with our children and dreamed of one day living in this paradise. Now our dreams have come true and have made Marco Island our full time home. Our business is family owned and operated so you will always deal directly with the owners and not a rental company. All taxes, cleaning fees and tourist rental fees are included in price, no surprise fees. We want our guests to enjoy the same wonderful experiences we've had for many years on Marco Island! This property is aesthetically pleasing both inside and out, providing a cozy atmosphere with a luxurious feel. We were impressed by its impeccable cleanliness and prime location. The Home was above and beyond our expectations. One of the nicest homes we have rented. Love the temperature of the pool. Just a FYI. The pool is facing north …hardly any sun during the day but with the temperature of the pool being so warm you don’t need sun. Would definitely stay here again.

We are a retired couple married over 43 years. Our three siblings are all married, two beautiful daughters and a handsome son. Blessed with eight grandchildren. My wife Grisel grew up in Freeport Long Island, NY. I grew up in Union City, NJ. We both moved to Miami in the seventies and are now living our dreams in beautiful Marco Island paradise. We would vacation in Marco Island with our young children and always comment on how great it would be to live here. Here we are living happily ever after. Dreams do come true.
