Load up your beach gear and your crew in the brand new six-person golf cart with Carolina Beach parking pass. Go just 6 blocks on Spartanburg Ave. and park in the Golf Cart parking spaces immediately in front of Beach Access #9! It's so convenient and effortless. Nothing is more fun than soaking in the local scenery and salt air by golf cart! Also, located only a block away from Starfish Villa are the Carolina Beach Greenway and Mike Chappell Park! This park is an excellent recreational facility for adults and kids alike! The park offers: a playground, skatepark, basketball courts, tennis courts and baseball/softball fields.
This home boasts gorgeous architectural windows, lovely cathedral ceilings and a balcony to enjoy the beach sunsets. This property provides a fenced in rear yard with patio and an enclosed outdoor shower. The ground floor offers two spacious bedrooms, one bedroom with bunk beds (full over queen) and the other a queen bed. Also located on the first floor are: a large full bathroom with tub (great for the kiddos), family room with Smart TV, garage access and outdoor patio access.
The second floor is comprised of the master suite with a queen bed, dual sinks, large shower and a walk-in closet. The master also provides balcony access. The great room features a dining area, 65” smart TV, linear LED fireplace with shiplap mantle and balcony access. Adjacent to the great room is a beautiful half bath/powder room. The great room is open to a fully equipped, gourmet kitchen. We are four brothers that wanted to fulfill our late mother's wish of having a place at the beach where our scattered family could come together every year and create lasting memories for her kids and grand kids.
We love the laid back and family-oriented atmosphere of Carolina Beach. Everything is just a short walk or cart-ride away - the boardwalk, shopping, great restaurants and bars (with some amazing live music!), public parks, and more.
