Great stay in Florida

We had my Dads 90th birthday at this property. The property was very clean and well kept. The grill worked great and had all the dishes needed to cook a big dinner. The younger adults loved the pool and outside bar area. Overall great stay.

This property did not disappoint. Wonderful spot for our girls weekend. Very clean and has all the amenities you could ask for and then some. Douglas was very responsive on the few occasions we communicated. Great location. Will definitely stay here again.

Dream home!

This house was everything and more! Close to the beach and great restaurants but tucked away and quiet. The house is exactly what I would build if I could design my dream home (Doug please send me the plans!). The layout and furniture is lovely, spacious and suited our group perfectly. The back yard is an oasis! We didn't want to leave!

Close to perfect

Very nice house, spacious, high ceilings, plenty of space for adults and kids, cool layout, several doors open to the pool area, stunning kitchen, quiet road, quick ride to the beach. SO close to a 5 star! It just needs a few things. Paint on pool patio is chipping and sticks to feet, bathing suits, etc. Window treatments/blinds are outdated and some are broken. Grandma’s old dusty floral arrangements need to be donated. They are killing the upscale vibe. Hope to return and see the updates completed so I can give a 5 star review next time!

Amazing House with tons of space and supplies!

We had the most amazing time staying at this home. Our entire family went at the request of my mother-in-law as a last family trip due to her cancer diagnosis. So grandparents to grandchildren and those of us in between. The host was very accommodating to us from the start of the booking. The home is super spacious with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms so plenty of alone time if needed; however the formal dining, main living area, and bedrooms are also very spacious. The back patio, oh my word, we took full advantage of that. It has a great tiki bar feel with a grill, more than enough seating for several families, and the pool was gorgeous! We took advantage of every space in this house playing cards at the main dining table, back patio hanging out and grilling, main living area enjoying each other and some football, and everyone said the bedrooms were more than welcoming and beds comfortable. I personally loved the bed and pillows in the main bedroom which was ginormous. The kitchen (always the hang-out place) had so many supplies, things to utilize, extras that aren't at every VRBO we've stayed. Example: We brought our bar shaker because you just never know, they had one! Crazy but I was so excited to see that. Every pot/pan, kitchen utensil, plates, bowls, kitchen extras you could think of. Garage has lots of fun things if you wish. Host was absolutely amazing with communicating during the stay as well which I appreciated. Good parking and very quiet community.
