Overlooking beautiful Emu Bay Beach and hinterland with stunning views from every room.
Perched on 5.5 acres of private land.
500m to Emu Bay Beach - 5km white sand, drive on beach

House has polished concrete floors in living, bathrooms and hallways
Carpet to all bedrooms and 2nd lounge

Large open plan living/dining area and kitchen, opens up to the sunken courtyard/entertaining area with BBQ, 2nd fireplace and front deck.

Floor to ceiling double glazed windows in all rooms.

Ideal Location for both a Summer or Winter Holiday.

Great family holiday

Six adults reconnected on a four day stay. Host was very accommodating for late check out to suit our ferry. Very clean. Everything thought of to cook up a storm while the weather turned nasty outside Greetec by kangaroos and a koala each day. No complaints :))

Exceptional luxury oasis

Copperstone is exceptional in every way the furnishings are modern and high end,the stunning views from every room over the beach,the kitchen is extremely well stocked with fabulous equipment. Nadine was fabulous to deal with and was extremely prompt in replacing a kettle for us. This is a very special property. We had a fantastic time here.It’s only 15 mins from Kingscote so a great location.

Fantastic home for a family getaway

Our family of 2 adults 3 kids (15, 13,11) just had a wonderful stay at Copperstone KI! The home has everything you need and more. The beds are all super comfy, lush blankets and towels even games and beach things. Everything is covered. The home has been designed and decorated at wonderful high standards. The location is perfect, 15min out of Kingscote. Fantastic views and very peaceful. Thank you Nadine for being a wonderful accommodating host. This home made our KI visit amazing, so glad we choose to stay here.

Amazing!

We felt so privileged to have been able to stay in this beautiful house. The photos of the house are a true reflexion of how lovely CopperstoneKI is. The view of Emu Bay from every room in the house is stunning and a lovely way to start the day when you open the blinds in the morning. The house is very well equipped and had pretty much everything we needed for our 5 night stay. It more than comfortably accommodated 8 of us, including 2 teenagers who made great use of the second lounge. Nadine was wonderful and easy to contact and quick to respond to any queries we had. If I could give the house 6 stars I would! I can highly recommend a stay at CopperstoneKI. Thank you Nadine

A wonderful place to stay

This property has everything you could wish for. We spent nights sitting by the fireplace in the sunken lounge. There are magnificent views of Emu Bay by day from every room in the house. Fantastic!!

Absolutely beautiful house with an incredible view!

An architectural house with a magical view from every room. Plenty of space and easily accomodated 2 couples and three children. A lovely place to unwind and recharge for a few days, we look forward to visiting again.
