A spacious three bedroom, two bathroom house right in the centre of town.
It`s 800 metres to the jetty & dog beach, a shorter walk to the river & park, CBD, hotels, restaurants, cafes, shopping, cinema, & the Historical Museum.
The bus station is 100 metre walk from the house.
A very quiet street considering it`s central location.
This place is good for couples & families.

THE HOUSE
The home is fully self contained with a fully equipped kitchen, electric oven, gas cook top, microwave and coffee maker. The living area and the main bedroom offer reverse cycle air conditioning for your comfort. The two toilets are located separate to the bathrooms, and the second bathroom has a bath. The laundry has a washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities.
There is a huge enclosed backyard, and the outdoor patio has a gas barbeque. Plenty of room for the kids and dog to play. There is also a second outdoor area to relax in privacy.
PET FRIENDLY
Dog welcome with prior arrangement. $20 per night, per dog . City of Busselton laws apply.

Approximately 100 metres to the bus station.
City of Busselton Local Laws require:
1. Must not be more than the booked occupants in the property after 10pm
2. All rubbish must be removed and disposed of in the designated bins

4. No animals to be left alone unattended at the house at any time
5. No more than 3 vehicles to be parked at the premises at any time

Hello. Welcome to Busselton. I have lived here for 35 years, raised my children here, worked here, looked after my retired and elderly parents here, and now look forward to making your stay here just wonderful. I grew up in the Eastern Wheatbelt of Western Australia, and understand how important a holiday by the seaside can be for some families. Busselton has much to offer, and if you choose to travel a little you can enjoy a day in Dunsborough, Margaret River, Augusta, Nannup, Capel and Bunbury with all the region has to offer. I am easily contactable if you do need to do so. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Why they chose this property
The house is so close to the centre of Busselton, and yet the street is quiet. The shops are conveniently located at the end of the street, a very short walk to get your groceries. I endeavour to keep the house exceptionally clean for my guests. The house has a lovely big secure yard for all your family to play too.
What makes this property unique
I fell in love with this property because of the location, the size of the back yard, and after putting my decorating touches on it I feel you could not find a better place to stay in Busselton!
