The house and location were well placed for our stay. The set out of the house was good and the living/kitchen area was very functional - great for ease of interation between us all. The beds were comfortable, the linen clean and showers nice and hot, and aircon very good. Unfortunately the lounge seating requires replacement - it is too worn out (low and hard to get out of for older adults - all over 60), and the wooden seats that are part of the dinning set were fine, but it becomes a bit uncomfortable when that is all you are sitting on. The house requires a maintenance review specifically (from our experience): the light above the hot plate is not working, the clothes dryer is not drying, some pegs for hanging out clothing would be helpful, fix squeak on ensuite door. In addition, it looks like the gutters need cleaning - did not affect us but concerned for the long-term maintenance of the house. Would also suggest a few extra tea towels - 2 are not enough for a 6-night stay. The hand control for the roller door is not present, and we were led to believe there would be one. We made it work with just the wall control - not a big adjustment to make. Would also suggest the welcome file and fridge information re putting out the bins be reviewed. The current documentation is contradictory.After all of this...would we stay here again? Definitely yes if the lounge seating was replaced for greater comfort and ease of sit to stand.

House was very spacious with lovely generous size bedrooms. Loved the large bi-fold doors allowing a full wall of open area to the backyard. Situated in a quiet suburban area only and a short walk to the beach. Secure and spacious back yard for the fur-legged companion.

Lazy Daze

Has everything you want or need here. Close to a few park ways and an excellent beach walk for me and my dogs. Lovely and peaceful area

Well kept Spacious Home

Good sized bedrooms, spacious kitchen, well kept yard with full ducted reverse cyc a/con, during height of winter was nice and warm. Only real negative was no bbq that we could find.

A little break

Properly was clean. Nice location. Beaches easy to access even though they had some of the access blocked as a lot of work was being done not that you knew about it when on beach. Lovely long walks along beach which our dogs loved. Really nice beaches. Small bush walk at top of street if you needed your legs stretched as well as your dogs. You can also find small parks around the area without taking car out. Really enjoyed our stay. Jane

Great for families

This house has plenty of space for a family of four + a dog. It's clean and close to the beach, but it lacks the "home away from home" feel and feels sterile. Some artwork on the walls would make a difference to the appearance of the property, as would replacing the daggy and ill-fitting window dressings. The house would also benefit from having a dog flap.
