Brilliant stay

Loved our stay at the Shore Thing. Julie has thought of everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Our entire family loved the house and was absolutely perfect for our Christmas stay. Will absolutely stay here again.

Nice Stay Sunrise Beach

Beautiful property to stay ail private pool and excellent views. Well appointed and only a short drive to the hustle and bustle of Noosa. Would highly recommend.

Family Getaway

The property was perfectly as described, and we were not disappointed. A beautiful large house in a great location, short stroll to Sunrise Beach and easy drive to shopping precincts. Very clean, comfortable, stylish and exceptionally well appointed. Gardens and pool were well maintained during our stay. Communication was excellent. Really appreciated the generous food and wine hamper upon our arrival. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back. A property.

Fabulous home away from home

We (three middle-aged professional women with very high standards!) had an amazing time at this property. It was clean, bright, very stylish and super-comfortable. The location was great for access to the beach, shops (highly recommend Peregian for a great selection of cool places) and fantastic food. The kitchen was probably the best-equipped we have ever come across in a rental - and we all love to cook so we had some incredible meals using the superb local produce. Host Julie was a pleasure to deal with whenever we needed her. Highly recommend - and we hope to return!

An Excellent Stay at A Shore Thing

We had an excellent stay at A Shore Thing! The house has been set up so well with books and games, a full stock cupboard in the kitchen and laundry, every kitchen appliance you might ever need, with an array of serving dishes. I haven't stayed somewhere as well set up as this. There are a number of social spaces and opening up the whole house creates this beautiful indoor / outdoor space and keeps it very cool. We were welcomed with a beautiful assortment of local produce and fresh flowers. The host, Julie was incredible; providing lots of detailed information on the house set up and local area. Julie was quick to respond to any questions or queries. I highly recommend this property, and look forward to returning.

Picture Perfect Holiday House

We were delighted with our stay at this truly stunning 5-star property. As soon as we entered the front door, we were wowed by the open style design with its modern high ceilings, the view of the pool and being surrounded by tropical greenery. The lovely basket of goodies from host Julie made us feel warmly welcomed and we appreciated the lovely bath toiletries. It was a pleasure to cook in a clean, fully outfitted kitchen and we also made good use of the nice big BBQ on the deck. This luxury house is well maintained and has absolutely every amenity you could ever wish for. There are a number of grocery stores, shops, restaurants and beaches all within easy distance. Gorgeous sugar-sand Sunrise Beach is less than a 10 minute walk along a foot path with no busy road to cross. From the private sublime pool to the vast views from the deck, we absolutely loved our 28-days at this picture perfect holiday house!

Six Stars (or more) for Exceptional week in Sunrise Beach

Our stay at "a Shore Thing" in Sunrise Beach was terrific. We can't say enough positive about the house - very clean, beds and pillows are very comfortable, and the air conditioning keeps the house nice and cool (I believe we like it cooler than most). The house is luxurious; so well appointed that it has everything we would have expected and more. Two highlights for us were the ice cream maker (yes!) that was used to make three batches of ice cream during our stay, and the griddle on the large professional style BBQ, was great for making burgers. The neighbourhood the house is in is easy to find and quiet. The Chalet cafe nearby at the beach (beautiful soft sand) had great latte, and the walk into Noosa through the Noosa National Park was full of inspirational views (its 20 km round trip and the first set of stairs entering the National Park from Sunrise Beach has 400 steps so wear comfortable shoes, bring water and go early). Our host Julie was exceptionally responsive...we didn't wait more than thirty minutes for a response to any questions we had about the house or about the area, and she provided great tips about places to make sure we checked out. When we make it back to the Sunrise Beach area we'll be reaching out to Julie about staying again.

Gorgeous house with everything you need

The house was just gorgeous & in a beautiful neighbourhood. We felt like a local with friendly neighbours & great transport to get everywhere. The house was impeccable with stylish furnishings, linen & cutlery. The owners had thought of everything. They have styled the property with only upmarket quality products which was beautiful.

Happy holidays

We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay. The property presented as promised, with loads of space to spread out and relax, and the furnishings all in good shape and many little needs provided for. The pool was in great condition and the perfect size for young kids (5 & 7 y.o.) to safely enjoy. Very easy reach of the beach and all the various parts of the Noosa area. Thanks Julie for a memorable stay.

Perfect Getaway

Fabulous stylish beautiful home!!

Immediately lived up to expectations, the space even more delightful than the photographs indicated. Loved the owners attention to detail with all high quality inclusions - bed linen, towels, crockery and kitchen equipment with so many cosy places to sit and enjoy company, food and views. The beach was an easy walk which we did every morning and only short drive to Sunshine Beach and Noosa. Terrific friendly neighbourhood. Loved our stay and is definitley on our list of places to return to.

Coastal retreat!

Amazing coastal home with everything we needed to enjoy the Sunshine Coast. The home was stoked with a great kitchen, coffee, teas and even spices and oils so we could cook like we do at home. The view of the bush land and ocean exceeded our expectations, such an amazing spot :)

This property was amazing. The layout of the house was perfect for our family holiday. Home away from home

We loved this beautiful luxurious property, so comfortable and perfect for our family to spread out in. We enjoyed the thoughtful details, decadent soaps and teas, and essential cooking ingredients. We liked the short walk to the beach and local cafes, and the highlight of the week had to be the whale watching from the Sunrise Beach, incredible! Thanks Julie

Incredible house in an incredible location!

This beautiful house had everything needed to make our stay as easy as possible and is probably the best fitted out place we have rented. The hosts are lovely and make sure you know where everything is and are on call when ever you need some thing. Would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at many Stayz properties and this one is outstanding. This beautiful house features stunning architectural design, a fantastic pool, and so much to entertain the kids, with a huge trampoline, table tennis table, beach boards and more. It felt more like a house than a holiday house, with exceptional decorating and furniture, and fabulous finishing touches. It was first class. I would highly recommend to those who want something a bit special, all within a short walk to a quiet beach and just 5 minutes drive to Hasting Street. We will be back!
