Only a few minutes walk to penguin point and Willyama beach, Elandra Marion Bay is perfectly positioned. Elandra is a recently constructed 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with large open plan living. It has full length windows and patio doors facing the extensive decking area with views to the natural scrub in the adjacent reserve. Elandra has been designed to comfortably sleep 8 people (4 adults and 4 children) - it's perfect for a family getaway.

Well appointed Kitchen and dining facilities.
Under bench oven, microwave and ceramic cooktop.
Full size fridge and a second smaller fridge as required.
5 minute walk to the beach.
Extensive deck with views to the scrub.
50" TV with media center, over 350 movies for all ages.
Laundry facilities.
Fish cleaning station and BBQ outside.
Porta cot and high chair available.

Sleeping arrangements
Master Bedroom - queen size bed with en-suite bathroom and sliding door access to the deck. SHEETS, PILLOW CASES AND TOWELS NOT PROVIDED
Second Main Bedroom - queen size bed SHEETS, PILLOW CASES AND TOWELS NOT PROVIDED
Third bedroom – 2 x bunk beds. SHEETS , PILLOW CASES AND TOWELS NOT PROVIDED

Strictly a maximum of 4 Adults 4 children. Abuse of the occupancy agreement within the booking will incur additional fees for excess water use and additional cleaning.

Quilts, quilt covers, pillows and extra blankets are provided.
A porta cot and high chair is also available.
The house is Eco friendly and utilizes solar panels and filtered rainwater.

What to bring:
Bed sheets, pillow cases, bath and tea towels.
Food and Drink.

No smoking inside and no pets please.
Please be aware pets are not allowed in Innes National Park
All guests stay at Elandra at their own risk.

Elandra Winter Break July 25

Elandra, was just magnificent. The house has everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable getaway, Elandra has a nice open plan layout that helps 'free you up'. It is also a perfect location within minutes to the beach, Marion Bay township, and an ideal location for 'day trips'.Elandra we'll be back!

A Great house for family's !

The house was very clean and set up to accomodate family's with board games and loads of movies to watch. The Kitchen had all the basics to stay in and cook. Overall very happy with our stay! Just wish the deck got a little more afternoon sun!!

Great stay

This is a great house, has everything you need for a relaxing beach holiday. A couple of blocks back from the beach. Had an issue with the water pump that could not have been predicted and the hosts were fantastic, easy to contact (8pm on a Sunday night!), kept us in the loop, was fixed the next morning which was amazing service and turn around for a remote regional location. Would stay again and recommend!

A Base for Walk the Yorke

Photos were accurate. House was beautifully maintained, neat and tidy. Instructions were clear. Plenty of room for the 3 of us but also ideally suited to 2 young families. Excellent facilities and very comfortable.

Not the Marion Bay we know and love

This was our eighth visit to Marion Bay and we expected the usual tranquility. Not so! We found ourselves directly opposite the Party House from Hell and couldn't wait to go home again.

Fantastic stay at Marion Bay!

Great property to stay at with close proximity to the amazing Innes National Park. Very roomy, great kitchen with all you need to cater for yourself. Full size fridge/dishwasher. Fantastic media/sound system with loads of music or movies to choose from. Heater worked well to keep the space nice and warm. Fire pit out the back was fantastic for roasting marshmallows and sitting back relaxing with a wine or two. Great water pressure for showers. Plenty of warm blankets etc as we had a cold snap while we were there. Local tavern had great pub food. Had a fantastic time going in and out of the National Park each day. Amazing photography opportunities, would go back again!

Lovely holiday home
