The rear entertaining deck, with BBQ and retractable shade awning, faces north with views of Grampians landmarks Boronia Peak and The Pinnacle. The house is in an unfenced bushland setting with regular wildlife visitors.
It has 4 bedrooms, 2 with queen beds and 2 with single beds, and sleeps 8 in comfort. All linen and towels are provided. The central living area has a log fire and reverse cycle air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, a full size oven and a microwave. There is 2 bathrooms including 1 with a spa bath and 2 toilets. The house is wheelchair friendly and has ample off street parking.
