We had a great stay at Kiki's house. It had everything we needed and instructions in English which was so helpful. Kiki was excellent communicating- very quick response time and also sent very thorough directions to the property. Great stay!

Perfect for our family of 5!

This place was absolutely perfect for our stay! We loved being in a neighborhood and away from the hustle and bustle of Osaka. Kiki is a wonderful hostess and her sister, Yuki, was the sweetest! We found the place and checked in with no concerns whatsoever. We stayed in the winter and the heaters and blankets were so cozy! We had everything we needed in the kitchen and the bathroom (the water pressure and water heater are awesome).Don’t hesitate to book this place…it’s great!!

Great quiet location

We enjoyed our stay as the rooms were perfect for our family. We had breakfast at the Pansy Cafe as Kiki suggested and the owner and his son were so sweet and he did his best to communicate with us. Kiki was very quick to respond to our messages and even helped us find a drug store to get some supplements we needed. The home was spotless and everything was labeled in English so we could understand how to use or find things. Very well thought out for us.

Beautiful Traditional Japanese home in Osaka

The house is beautiful and in a quiet neighborhood. It was within close walking distance to the train station; about eight minutes. My wife, four teenage kids, and I slept comfortably. The kitchen was great. Check-in was very easy and the host made us feel at home. They were very responsive and easy to contact. This is a wonderful place to stay while in Osaka. I would highly recommend it.

The property was perfectly located, a short walk from a convenient train station and a convenience store as well as a lovely cafe. The home itself was well appointed. The owners thought of everything, providing laminated instructions for everything. They were also very communicative, emailing ahead of time with check-in instructions and responding promptly when we had an issue. The space included three bedrooms. Two bedrooms included two mattresses each, to sleep four people total. The third bedroom included a full size (by American standards) bed as well as a twin size cot. The only down side was that this full size bed did not have a cushion and was quite hard. We would definitely stay here again but would probably bring the two unused mattresses from upstairs down to the full size bed.

This is a great property. The home was very clean and modern in the amenities it provided. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood, extremely close to the train station (about a 5 minute walk) as well as the famous aquarium(20 minute walk) and Universal Studios. There are also wonderful restaurants nearby. AC functioned great and kept us cool when we returned home from our site seeing. The host was very communicative and helpful. I was emailed instructions on the check in process which included helpful tips for getting in and around Osaka. SUPER helpful!!! Personally, I loved the home, but be aware, it does have stairs/steps that could be steep for some. The bathroom and toilet were very clean and the water pressure was excellent. Be advised: the bathroom is on the ground floor level(something to consider if you're sleeping on the top/3rd floor). We were absolutely fine with it. Overall, an absolutely wonderful property and I would stay here again if/when we return to Osaka!

初めての民泊体験でしたが、非常に楽しく快適に過ごすことができました。 オーナー様の細やかな心配り（ウェルカムメッセージやエアコンで部屋を温めていただいていたことなど）も嬉しく、初めての民泊の不安感も払拭できました。 一つだけ気になったのが、到着時キーボックスの暗証番号が最初から事前にお伝えしていただいた番号になっていたことで（これは心配りだと思うのですが照明がついてたこともあり）家に入る時誰かがいるのではないかと、時間がかかてしまったことですが、基本的には非常に楽しい体験をさせていただきました。ありがとうございました。（最終日の朝食を向かいのカフェでいただこうと思っていたのですが、定休日でした。残念っ！） ちなみに旅行中にサングラス（ケース入り）を紛失してしまったのですが、もし残っていましたらお知らせいただければ幸いです。
