SECURITY BOND: A security bond is compulsory for all reservations. All reservations must pay a Security Bond of $1500.00 no later than the day prior to arrival.
CLEANING FEES: All cleaning fees must be paid when the reservation is made.

Moreton View @ Trochus Place is a 3 bedroom family home, with beautiful water views from each bedroom. Beautiful to wake up in the morning and look out across Moreton Bay. Good sized deck to sit back and watch sunset enjoying a few nibblies and social drink with family and friends.
The house can accommodation up to ten guests.

Bedding Configuration:
Main bedroom : 1 x Queen bed with ensuite;
Second bedroom: 1 x Queen bed
Third bedroom: 2 x Single beds
Downstairs rumpus room: 2 x single bed mattressess plus an extra 2 single mattresses

Moreton View has been renovated & now includes Starlink Wifi.

The house is located on the hill above Tangalooma Resort.

The Dolphin Feeding Experience is NOT included in your booking of this property.

Linen is not provided. Please note that due to the absence of commercial laundry facilities on the island, linen is not provided for guests. We kindly ask that you bring your own linen such as sheets, pillowcases and towels. Linen supplied will only be: Pillows, doonas, blankets, tea towels, hand towels and bath mats.
