SECURITY BOND: A security bond is compulsory for all reservations. All reservations must pay a Security Bond of $1500.00 no later than the day prior to arrival.

This Guest House has it all , with large kitchen 2 sinks, oven, 5 burner gas cooktop, BBQ 2 fridges , Dishwasher , microwave etc. 2 master bedrooms both with ensuite, large separate kids retreat with separate bath room / rumpus,2 large decks , all this and only 200 meters from the only passenger ferry service on the entire island, nestled high above the resort and all resort-facilities included..

VERY CLOSE-WALKING DISTANCE FROM RESORT AND JETTY.

Just 250 meters from the only transfers/dolphin feeding jetty on the whole island. Nestled high above resort , but yet closer than all others. Utmost privacy in design and view line. The Dolphin Feeding Experience is NOT included in your booking of this property.

Linen is not provided. Please note that due to the absence of commercial laundry facilities on the island, linen is not provided for guests. We kindly ask that you bring your own linen such as sheets, pillowcases and towels. Linen supplied will only be: Pillows, doonas, blankets, tea towels, hand towels and bath mats. For overseas visitors please contact us. Thank you for your understanding and preparation.

This property has an excellent location just above the resort and short walk to the beach. It accommodated our 2 large amilies with ease. Well equipped kitchen to cope with large groups and great BBQ.

We had an excellent few days. The house is very well laid out and spacious and perfect for two families. The kitchen is huge and the flat grill bbq made cooking for a big group easy. We had more family and friends staying at the resort so it was very convenient albiet up a lot of steps (good exercise!). We all agreed we would definitely stay again.

Stunning hill top location

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. 3 families with children were comfortable and the layout was perfect. Views are amazing over the bay and everything worked as it should. We will return to this beautiful home. Check in and communication with the host went smoothly.

Amazing and afordable

The only downfall was the downstairs kitchen didn't have any cooking equipment/ utensils etc but otherwise the location was great, not too far from the resort. (i would recommend hiring transfer bus for $20 for luggage) the property manager/ owner was great with communication and the property was clean and big enough for the large group we went with.

Perfect location.

Absolutely perfect for 2 families But the price you pay to have the house cleaned and it's not cleaned properly when you arrive, it needed vacuming and mopping. There was sand all over the floor but other than that we had a good time and the house was fine.

Great location. Large roomy house accommodated all of our extended family. The house needs some serious attention as we reported several issues to the local manager who responded in a timely fashion. However, the house needs a number of issues to be attended to now. I felt it did not represent good value
