Great Family Vacation spot

We enjoyed the house and the backyard/pool area with our grown children and our grandchildren. It had everything we needed to feel at home.

Great location and backyard

For us it was a great location and the backyard and pool area was wonderful for the kids! When we did have a couple issues the response was prompt and handled swiftly!

Loving home

This is an amazingly Beautiful place! It is so clean! The check in process was incredible! She is friendly and helpful! We would definitely recommend it and we will for sure stay here again.

Perfect for a Family Vacation

We had read all the reviews for this property before booking and it certainly lived up to our expectations. Carmen was very responsive to any inquiries we had and it was an ideal choice for a family vacation (all adults). The location is great and there's some wonderful hiking trails within an easy walk (or drive) of the property. The pool and hot tub provided welcome relief after long hikes. Highly recommended!

Troon North

Perfect for a gathering of adults. Plenty of rooms, beds, and bathrooms. Heater worked great in the pool and hot tub.

Wonderful!

This property is amazing. It was a perfect fit for our family. Great location, easy access to hiking, shopping, golf etc. We loved the suite concept in that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The outside living area was great and very spacious. Will definitely be back!!

Scottsdale Fun & Relaxation

We had such a great time in this rental home. It was in a beautiful area, and we took advantage of Brown’s trailhead right by the house. There was plenty of room for all of us. We enjoyed the hot tub, mini golf and all the other games in the home. Carmen was a wonderful host and quick to respond to anything we needed. I would highly recommend!

Family fun and relaxation

This lovely home had the perfect layout for our family vacation. Ample bedroom and bathroom space. The kitchen was a dream to cook in. The pool was a dream for our grandchildren. The home is well maintained, located for easy access to Arizona hiking and fun activities. The view is amazing and the night sky crystal clear. We had a wonderful deregulate family week and look forward to returning.

annual family reunion of adult siblings

We had a great time. Enjoyed the outdoor space. Manager and son were very responsive to any question. Kitchen was great for two professional chefs in the family who made some amazing meals that were enjoyed outside by the fire. Roomy for a large group. Location was also lovely...far from the crowds of Scottsdale and close to Cave Creek, Carefree and also walking distance to a trail head that led to many enjoyable walks.

Fantastic Troon North Home

My family and I had a fantastic time staying in the great home in Scottsdale AZ. My whole family very much appreciated the heated pool & Spa. The kids spent hours in both, and we had a hard time pulling them out! My son & I took advantage of the proximity to the Troon North golf courses, while my beautiful wife and I took advantage of the proximity to the wonderful hikes/trail heads. Overall, a great place to stay and get away from the dreary pacific north west winter weather.

Scottsdale Holiday

House was as advertised. No surprises. Spacious inside which was fortunate because the weather was terrible all week. A couple of issues controlling the pool and sauna, otherwise we enjoyed the (inside of the) home during the week.

Hello Jeff, Thank you for your review. This is the first-time of winter season we experienced a continues rainy weather here in Arizona. I think it is all over the US experiencing a bad weather this Christmas season. Unfortunately, before you come, we experienced a too much rain and very cold weather and frost the pipe and equipment in the swimming pool and spa. I wish I can control the weather and it an avoidable circumstance. The pool maintenance and electrician came after you check out and they didn't find anything wrong or anything to fix. Wonderful Retreat

We had an enjoyable time at this home. It is in a great, quiet neighborhood with ample privacy yet still close enough to the rest of the Scottsdale area for entertainment and activities. The kitchen and great room provide ample space for gathering and entertaining. We spent the majority of our time in the backyard pool and hot tub. Both heated and easy to control with clear directions from Carmen the owner. Carmen was a joy to work with and genuinely cares about your experience as a renter. We would definitely return in the future.

Plenty of room

While slightly dated, the property was clean and well equipped. We had plenty of room to spread out. Our family enjoyed relaxing at the house between our outdoor adventures. We had fun playing the arcade games and enjoyed the heated pool/spa. The beds were very comfortable. Kitchen fairly well stocked. Easy check-in/out process. Only other constructive feedback would be more baking sheets (only 1) in kitchen and room darkening shades in master and other bedrooms...our family likes to sleep through sunrise on vacation;)

Deceiving Description and photos

Location is awesome for golfers, but the description and photos are a bit deceiving. Shows putting green and a very nice one - but it's regular grass and you can't putt, even though it's highlighted in the photos, big bummer with my golf group of friends. Pool table also unusable. It is warped and weathered and there is one cue stick with no tip - so useless. The pool is very nice though and has plenty of seating. House is needs a deep cleaning - carpets are worn and the sliding door to the outside patio was very hard to open and close. The owner stages the house and all the tables with full sets of dinnerware and cloth napkins that look so nice - but there is a sign on all of them saying DO NOT USE, which is so odd - we had to remove full settings to use any of the tables. The kitchen has nice appliances but is not well stocked with much else. Great outdoor grill though. Because of these items we thought it was very overpriced. Had it lived up to its advertisement this review would have been much different.

Has everything you need

The property is as described, it has everything you might need and more. We enjoyed all of the outdoor activities, especially that great pool area. The property owner was quick to answer any texts or calls after we checked in, and very helpful. Can’t wait to go back.

Great house !

Great house. Lots of space for two foursomes. Nice indoor and outdoor fireplaces. Nice pool and hot tub. Location was perfect for golf, restaurants, views, etc.

Arizona winter getaway
