4 Bedroom Beach house located in the Trendy Beachside suburb of Palm Beach on Queenslands Gold Coast.This is a large home spread over 2 levels, with 3 bathrooms, pool, great deck for entertaining, full deluxe kitchen. Entertain on the deck whilst watching TV, whilst the kids swim in the pool.
Downstairs there is a large lounge room with a huge Tv, Polished concrete floors and dining room with a 6 seat table. Outside a large 8 seat table.
Upstairs 4 air conditioned bedrooms
Main- King Size Bed with ensuite ceiling fan & air con
2nd bedroom with Queen size bed with ceiling fan & air con
3rd Bedroom with Queen size bed and ceiling fan & air con

13th Ave Review
This is a great place to stay. Open and spacious downstairs with large outdoor entertainment area and only six steps into the pool. Easy stroll to the beach and plenty of coffee choices. Off street under cover parking a bonus. Appreciated the home touches throughout the house.

Perfect family base for beach holiday
This is our second stay at thirteenth Avenue beach house. We are a family of 3 older teens so everyone enjoys having their own space. Kitchen is extremely well appointed and stocked with essentials and Grant kept an eye on pool and lawn during our stay. Highly recommended!!

Best holiday
The house was every thing we could of wished for.shops 5 blocks away. Beach just up the street. Outside area was great for BBQ /pool the house had everything we needed home from home..if the owner fancies a home swap/holiday.
