This was a lovely place to stay in a beautiful location. Sharryn and John were great hosts, being very flexible with our check in and providing a yummy breakfast.
enjoyed staying at the property, so did our little pet, as it was enclosed around the barn for him to roam around with no problem. thanks for an enjoyable stay.
We stayed with our four kids and dog aged 13 to 1. This place touched all the family. The setting is beautiful, the horses so friendly, sunsets and sunrises, kangaroos and echidnas. The kids are begging to go back already.
Sharryn and John ensured that our group was wonderfully accommodated and welcomed. The property is absolutely stunning, so relaxing with lots to do. Could not have asked for a better experience, home away from home. Highly recommend this to anyone! Great value for money.
This is a lovely place. The Taj MaBarn is very well equipped and the hosts are wonderful. Our children loved playing with the sheep and pony and getting fresh eggs from the chickens. The horses are incredible. A lovely stay at a farm.
We really admire the owner's care and love to all the animals on the farm. The horses are super friendly. The house was very clean. We had a great time.
We just had a wonderful weekend at Wilton celebrating our daughter’s birthday. Thanks to Sharryn and John who were such wonderful hosts and made our stay such an enjoyable and memorable one! My family and I had such a great time at the house, walking to the gorge, playing with the horses, Ollie and Siamese cats (Keisha, Demi, Rue). And we enjoyed the fresh eggs and breakfast provisions.
Accommodation was very comfortable, kids really enjoyed staying in the room upstairs. Kitchen has everything you need to cook. Was great to have a nespresso machine and an air fryer. We really enjoyed the firepit, everything was there really for us to start the fire.
Had a lovely time on this rustic farm. Genuine and thoughtful hosts, house well cared for and nicely appointed. A true Aussie farm experience for our city kids; horses, chickens, Roos, dogs, cats, frogs etc.
Close to Sydney, close to Picton and drivable distance to southern highlands, Bowral etc.
Thanks John and Sharryn for a lovely stay !

Great place to kick back relax and enjoy the animals
Really well set up with loads of extras thrown in. Great ambiance, air-conditioned comfort. Even a bottle wine in the fridge, continental breakfast as well. entertaining area even a dog enclosure if needed and totally animal friendly. Super comfortable beds.Loved the animals. Hosts great and helpful. You could use the 4.5 m swimdpa. Great getaway!!!
Overall great hospitality, enough food for breakfast. Cleanliness wise was ok, visible areas clean but places like under the bed, under the coffee table, behind the bed side were dusty. Need of good detail cleaning. More like just a normal weekend away
We absolutely loved staying here. The owners went above and beyond in accommodating our 3 year old with an additional pull out bed for downstairs. The amount of food and supplies for breakfast were fantastic that we couldn’t eat it all. The farm life experience made us feel very relaxed after a busy day.

was overall very happy with our stay . was pleasent in all aspects and fully stocked with all we needed and more hosts went above and beyond to cater
Having our three dogs and 2 very elderly parents with us is hard travelling. This was a wonderful place to stop for the night. Lots of areas for the dogs to run around. They even went swimming in the dam. Super comfortable for ourselves and my parents. Lots and animals to walk around and enjoy. Wonderful hosts very keen to ensure our stay was e collect. Wonderful breakfast food, fresh eggs, toast and even a bottle of wine to enjoy watching the sunset.

Don't let the barn bugs bite!
Nice countryside and beautiful horses. Unfortunately, not so much dog friendly as dog tolerant. Small yard provided for our dog to protect from aggressive animals. A walk in the field resulted in many thistles and grass seeds stuck in dog fur.
Cramped - no space to lounge for 5 people, or to put the annual jigsaw puzzle. Sadly had to spend most time in our separate rooms, jigsaw left incomplete this year!
Arachnophobes beware - many large spiders and scorpions in the rooms and curtains. Often found in our clothing in the morning. Constantly having to trap and release them outside.
Water pump next to barn operates every 3 minutes all night long.
Lovely hosts. Lots of interaction with the animals, which is what we were after. Kids were very happily distracted from their screens! Loved it. We’ll definitely be back.
We’re a family of three with a friendly dog, and we really enjoyed the stay at the property. John was very friendly and accommodative. There were issues with internet connectivity and although it wasn’t working during our stay John went to great lengths to find alternatives to make it work. Horses were very friendly and our 14 month old was excited about her first interactions with the farm animals.
The place was clean, isolated and quiet. Fresh eggs and continental breakfast were added bonus. John was kind enough to send us home with a dozen freshly laid eggs! Thanks John & Sharryn, we’ll definitely visit again.
The converted barn was very clean and well equipped for a great time. Feeding the horses carrots and collecting eggs was a big hit with the kids.
The fireplace was a big hit with the adults and the spa was loved by all. Especially on rainy days.
2 families of 3 with young kids and a dog, we had a fantastic time. Property very well maintained and stocked. Hosts live a 30 second walk away, were super friendly and communicative, went out of their way to accommodate us but were never intrusive. Highlights for the kids were the swim spa and friendly animals, and adults enjoyed them too. So easy to get to from Sydney and a picturesque area. Highly recommended.
Such an immaculate property and accommodation! We stayed overnight in transit but wish we could have stayed a couple of days. Accommodation was incredibly comfortable and loved the enclosed yard for our two dogs!!
