This neat and tidy two-bedroom townhouse is located in the perfect position for your next getaway. Just a 200 metre stroll to the shops, cafes, supermarket and restaurants of The Terrace; 500 metres from the best surf beach on the Bellarine Peninsula; 500 metres to the Ocean Grove Bowling Club for a night out; and 800 metres to the picturesque Barwon River. With everything so close, once your car is in the carport you may not need it again until your trip home.

Great location, nice and private little unit, had everything we needed. Very close to everything including a playground. Wifi would make it perfect, only because there’s no phone coverage there either, but other than that, it’s fantastic.
