An amazing beach house literally on the soft white sands of Holmes Beach on Anna Maria Island. As soon as you step out of this house, your toes will sink into the beach sand as you overlook the turquoise blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. You can hear the waves crashing throughout the home, with incredible ocean views from almost every window on every floor. The house includes a private beach, giving you and your guests the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the water. If you are coming to Florida for the beach, then this is the perfect beach house for your vacation. The three-bedroom and two-bathroom home is comfortable from top to bottom. All nicely appointed dining furniture and living room furniture, to include leather couches and grand ceiling fans. The charming beach décor throughout the home creates the perfect beach vibe and a comfortable, homely feel. The kitchen provides everything a guest could need and more. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, and a large kitchen island. The house also has a nice washer and dryer. The large windows offer a spectacular view of the ocean from the kitchen, dining room, and living room. Three sliding glass doors lead out to the spacious deck, equipped with a table, chairs, and a gas grill, for oceanfront meals or a glass of wine at sunset. Below deck is a private beach for you and your guests to enjoy, which connects to the main beach. The spacious master bedroom with a king-size bed overlooks the beach and ocean. Windows surround the master bedroom, giving you ocean views from every corner. A sliding glass door leads out to a private deck with lounge chairs, offering the privacy and relaxation you desire. Attached to the master bedroom is a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower featuring multiple shower heads and a bathtub with jets. Flat screen TVs are located in the main room, the master bedroom, and the queen bedroom. In addition to the master bedroom and queen bedroom, there’s the 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds. So, whether you want to sink your toes in the soft white sands on the beach or pause to watch the sunset over the tranquil Gulf of Mexico, you are only steps away. In addition, every Island attraction is located right at your fingertips. The home is located within very easy walking distance of stores, restaurants, and the free trolley, which can take you in either direction to both ends of the island. On the north end of the island, you can visit the village of Anna Maria, where two historic piers offer opportunities for fishing and dining. You can also visit shops, restaurants, galleries, a museum, and a community theater there. At Holmes Beach, you can get off the Trolley to enjoy more excellent shops and restaurants, as well as a marina, library, free community tennis courts, and several gyms open to visitors. On the south end, you will also want to explore the rest of Bradenton Beach. Historic Bridge Street was once home to the very first bridge to the mainland. Today's Cortez Bridge, just a bit to the north, is made out of sturdier stuff than the original wood structure, but the original street is still there, and it is a fun place for shopping, dining, live music, a weekly open-air market (in season), fishing, and even miniature golf! We had a fabulous time at this beautiful home! Couldn’t be easier to walk out to the beach, and we appreciated all the chairs and noodles available in the garage. The house is lovely and comfortable and in a fantastic location. The beach is gorgeous and not crowded. We will definitely be back!

If you are looking for the perfect beach getaway this is the place! Just steps from the beautiful beach. The porch just off the living area and the private porch on the 3rd floor, just off the amazing master are the perfect place to watch the amazing sunsets. There was always a wonderful breeze.The house was immaculate, and the beds were so comfortable. The location was perfect also.

The house was lovely and the location was ideal. With its location right on the sand, you had easy access to the beach. The two beautiful decks and large windows let you enjoy the beach at all times. It was clean and well-appointed. We loved our stay there!
