Directly on the Gulf in Holmes Beach — the beachfront deck faces the water and guests watch dolphins swim past most mornings before the beach day begins. Tiki is a Gulf-front home where the deck is the centerpiece and the private beach access puts the sand steps away.

Vaulted ceilings open the interior up considerably for a three-bedroom home. The updated kitchen has modern appliances, a wine cooler, and dining for six — well-configured for a group that wants to cook seriously. The living area has a 58" smart TV and flows naturally to the deck.

Three bedrooms sleep six. The primary suite has a king bed, an en-suite bathroom, and Gulf views. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has a full bed with a twin trundle — the right configuration for families with kids or guests who need flexible sleeping. Two full bathrooms. In-unit washer and dryer. High-speed WiFi. Keyless entry.

Beach gear is provided for direct access to the sand. Three parking spaces included.

One small dog is welcome with a fee — contact IVP for the current amount before booking with a pet.

Tiki requires a one-week minimum stay.

You are vacationing in a residential area, please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM.

Both houses are incredible. Private beach access, unbeatable views, and everything you need provided for the ultimate beach vacay. We love to rent a golf cart and explore the island throughout the week. The updated kitchen at Tiki and huge outdoor deck were our favorite part!

We had a small leak under the kitchen sink on day of arrival, called the rental company and leak was repaired within the hour. House was well stocked with everything we needed. We were in walking distance of many restaurants and even the grocery store. Hoping to come back next year.

We love the unobstructed view of the beach and the feeling of freedom it gives us. We are also happy, that we were allowed to bring our dogs along. The living room/kitchen area is so open and offers the best views when you are making breakfast or just watching the sunset.

Wonderful stay

Perfect space for my husband and three teenage sons. During the weekdays, the beach in front of the house was just us and a handful of neighbors. There are two homes on either side that were closer than I expected. The one house had a huge family reunion so it was a bit loud one weekend. Otherwise, quiet and serene. Great location. Walking distance to drug store, great German restaurant and a nice breakfast cafe. It was a wonderful stay. The house is clean and perfect size for my group. Beautiful sunsets from porch. Nice new kitchen for cooking.

Family Get Away at the Tiki

The porch looked inviting and once we checked in, that was the first place we went to take in the atmosphere. The accommodations inside were fantastic. It looked and felt newly refurbished. New appliances and even a wine fridge! The underneath parking kept the cars cool for outings. breathtaking views of the gulf and sunsets!

The beds are hard and uncomfortable and creek with any movement, The beach chairs are rusty and unappealing. We couldn’t get one of the stove burners to work. But we still had an amazing time. The house is located at a great spot on the beach. Very quiet! If you like watching sunsets from the porch, this is the house for you!

My number one priority when picking a vacation spot is the view and this place did not disappoint. The house was clean and updated and had everything we needed. The rental company is very responsive. The beach chairs and umbrellas were in terrible shape however we asked for more and they were quickly delivered. The house is close to the road so there is some road noise but it was not bad on the weekdays. We would stay here again when visiting the island for sure !
