Designed for comfort and relaxation, Pearl is a modern double story holiday home in the beautiful beachside community of Hawley Beach. Spacious, peaceful, filled with light and only 200 metres from the beach, Pearl is the perfect base for couples, families and large groups of friends to explore the gorgeous North West Coast of Tasmania.

Pearl is peacefully secluded from passing traffic yet connected to numerous walkways for exploring the expansive coastline and local area and can accommodate up to 16 guests over two levels.

The house has:
- 2 spacious living areas with comfortable lounge seating for 12 guests, both living areas have 50" TVs, DVD players, extensive DVD libraries and games
- Free wifi, Foxtel and Chrome cast are also provided for your entertainment
- 2 reverse cycle air conditioners for optimum heating and cooling
- 2 fully equipped gourmet kitchens with dining suites to comfortably seat 16 guests
- 4 large bedrooms, 2 with comfy king size beds and 2 with 2 long single beds each. Quality mattresses, beautiful linen, numerous pillows, extra blankets, clothes hangers and built in mirrored wardrobes. 6 additional full size single beds are made available for bookings over 8.
- 2 spacious, fully equipped bathrooms with quality towels and toiletries
- 2 fully equipped laundry areas
- A fully covered balcony on the upper level with outdoor seating
- 2 private, secured sundecks with outdoor seating
- Beautiful established gardens that provide privacy and a leafy green outlook
- Secure off-street parking for up to 8 vehicles that is monitored by CCTV surveillance

My friends and I had the best time away at Pearl. As a group of 8, we had plenty of space. Tracy was an amazing host; she was kind and accommodating, and responded to our messages very quickly The location is perfect, and we can only hope to come back to Pearl in the summer! :)

Perfect wind down

After 4 days staying and hiking in Cradle Mountain NP with no showers and using sleeping bags it was an absolute delight to spend the night at Pearl. Our group of 7 ladies had a wonderful stay. Communication with Tracy was quick, check-in was easy, the showers were spacious and hot, and the beds and pillows like individual clouds. We loved the special touches of breakfast supplies and the Tim Tams didn’t go to waste either. Only problem was we were only there for one night. Highly recommend for large groups. Thanks Tracy from the Urban Adventurers

Great for groups!

We had the best weekend in this spacious, clean, well appointed and light filled property! 9pp on a weekend of music workshops at the nearby Camp Banksia centre, and we had plenty of room to spread out. It was a huge bonus having two kitchens and large open plan living areas. Host, Tracy, was really accommodating and friendly throughout - nothing was a problem! The property is a short walk from the beach, minutes drive away from shops, takeaways, restaurant, and a 20min drive from Latrobe where there are heaps more dining and shopping options. It’s the best of both worlds - beach and close to nearby towns. Would definitely stay at this property again - it would be perfect for an extended family group that needs multiple bedrooms and separate living/kitchen/bathroom areas. Plenty of parking onsite too.

False advertising for B&B. There is no Brekky for all days

Place was advertised as with Breakfast which is false advertising. Please do not get fooled thinking there is going to be breakfast for all days. What we received was one loaf of bread, 2 packets (300g) of cereal, four tomatoes, 2 onions, 1 garlic and one bottle each of milk and juice, for 10 people and 3 breakfast (3 days). When inquired from the property manager,. I was told that its continental breakfast !!!!.

Surpassed all expectations

The house was huge spread over two levels with two kitchens and bathrooms, it was spotlessly clean and had everything you needed, and more, to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Our group consisted of 6 adults and 4 children and Tracy our host was friendly and so accomodating. When we first walked through the front door we saw vases filled with the most beautiful flowers placed throughout the house. There was fruit and bread on the kitchen countertops and lots of condiments in the fridge. And there is a magnificent sandy beach just 200 meters from the house which is perfect for kids. Thanks so much Tracy for making our stay so perfect and I hope we can get back very soon. Russell

Wonderful property

Such a welcoming set up upon our arrival. Each child had a teddy and books on their bed to welcome them. The three older kids carried them around the house with them and to sleep. Everything was very clean and well appointed. The local beach was so easy to get to and perfect for small children. They loved it! The neighbors even invited us to their local Christmas street party!! We enjoyed the house very much.

Well-appointed residence in a quiet neighbourhood. Close to the beach. House had all amenities. host provided fresh bread some tomatoes, garlic and onion. All beds were made up except for one which was a sofa bed for the seventh person. This should have been made up for all the occupants.

What a beautiful house.

We stayed for 2 nights with our family of 14. Very comfortable for a group this size. Short walk to beach. Very warm and cozy. We were welcomed with flowers, bread, tomatoes and onions and herbs. Beautiful place to stay.

We had a fantastic few days at the beautiful Pearl. The property is so well looked after. Very clean and modern and super comfortable. All of the extra little touches the owner did for our arrival were lovely too from the fresh flowers to the bread milk fruit and Tim Tam's. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again
