The Studio - Prevelly

The Studio is located at Prevelly Beach, 10 minutes west of the main town of Margaret River and a 5 minute walk to surf and beaches. The front courtyard has stunning ocean views to surfer's point and it's just a short walk to the pristine waterfront including a gorgeous park, safe swimming and dog beaches.

Owned by a local artist, his quirky colourful artwork adds to the character of this idyllic beachside Studio.

Private and secluded with king sized bed, kitchen, dining, TV/DVD and en-suite bathroom. All linens and towels supplied.

Watch the sun go down behind the ocean from your front row seat or choose the serenity of the fully fenced back courtyard.

The Studio is a short stroll away from Sea Gardens and the Prevelly Park General & Liquor Store.

Well behaved pets are welcome - close walk to dog beach and exercise area 🐶

We enjoyed our 5 nights. The accommodation was as described. Very clean. The mattress was amazing. Location was perfect for our dogs, 4 minutes walk to the dog beach and exercise area. Grassy area across the road. Very quiet area as there are a number of holiday rentals nearby which meant no neighbours in the off season. Host responded when we needed to swap gas bottles. User error . We brought our air fryer with us which we used multiple times. We’d definitely come again.

We have stayed multiple times over the years and absolutely love the Studio. The location is amazing, especially if you are travelling with a dog. The little courtyard is beautiful and perfect for watching the sunset.

Very comfortable and spacious. the courtyards are quite big enough, the front one giving an ocean view. Close to the walk paths along the ocean front and to the cafes. The general store is worth a visit too.We had a fabulous time and will be back before too long.Thank you.

The Studio was perfect! Excellent location close to the beaches and shops, everything within walking distance. The place was clean and welcoming on our arrival and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We will definitely be coming back again.

Such a cosy stay in excellent location. Perfect little break for us and our elderly dog. Close enough for her to get to beach. Great memories have been made here. Beautiful view, comfy bed. Suited our needs perfectly.

Beautiful place just a stone’s throw from one of my favourite beaches. It was perfect for us and our two labs to truly unwind and relax . We found ourselves spending hours gazing out the front window watching the waves roll in.We stayed during a pretty gnarly storm, and the unit was incredibly cosy and warm—exactly what you’d hope for. I can only imagine how stunning it would be in summer, especially with the front courtyard overlooking the ocean Easy stroll to some awesome cafes and restaurants; The Common, White Elephant and Sea Gardens The unit has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and Julia is an amazing host. We’d absolutely love to come back.
