Your Friend at The Beach is proud to offer this updated ground floor condo with upscale furnishings, new cookware, Keurig coffee maker, stand alone ICEMAKER, dishware, blender, new washer and dryer - and polished floors for a clean luxury look. The location is still the same - Building G is closest to beach-- one unit from end of building on beach end. We also manage G105 next door, so bring friends and enjoy a friends discount!
No hauling groceries, luggage or beach stuff up stairs or onto elevators. The kids step off the patio and are at the pool. The Beach is just a few more steps away. There are 52 steps down to the beach as Adagio sits on the highest point of the Gulf of Mexico.

The patio is shaded in the afternoons and is a great place to nap with the relaxing sounds of the pool’s fountains and waterfalls. If eating in, the patio is also especially relaxing because of the proximity of the pool.

Two Spectacular Pools--The 1700 square foot gulf side pool is heated and has an infinity edge that overlooks the blue green waters of the Emerald Coast. The large pool is an amazing 8,000 square feet that is cool even on the hottest days and includes three tiers with fountains and waterfalls. A large whirlpool spa overlooks the pool. The European cobblestone deck (measuring the length of a football field) includes sun and shaded areas with lounge chairs and dining tables. The fitness center overlooks the pool. The fitness center overlooking the tri-level pool is equipped with state of the art cardio and weight equipment including free weights.

Adagio is a family friendly place. Quiet hours are observed after 10:00 p.m. Gated access with security and maintenance staff on site seven days a week.
HOA rules limit occupancy to eight people per pool front condo. The Hot Tub is for 16 and older after sunset. No tents/canopies on beach. Per HOA, guests may not bring pets.
Two cars per condo only. Restrictions: Must be 25 years or older to rent and no chaperoned groups permitted. No RV's, golf carts, trailers or boats permitted.

Cancellation Policy
Full Refunds:
Cancellations must be made by email to Your Friend at the Beach (YFAB).
For stays less than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 30 days prior to the check-in date.
For stays longer than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 90 days prior to the check-in date.

Partial Refunds:
Cancellations made between 29 and 14 days prior to the start of the stay, receive a 50% refund.
No Refunds: Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the start of the stay are not eligible for any refund.
