Sit back & relax in this first class GULF FRONT unit tucked away in a private building in beautiful Blue Mountain Beach. It does not get any closer to the beach than this!

The 1600sf condo has an open floor plan that provides for lots of space to be together with family and friends in the combination kitchen/dining/living area. The large sliding glass doors as well as the waterfront windows provide abundant light and magnificent views for all to enjoy.

The roomy balcony is accessible from both the living area and the master bedroom. Your forth floor views of the emerald coast are simply spectacular from this balcony. You can also enjoy the outdoor dining and bistro table.

*AREA INFORMATION:
Located off of Scenic Highway 30-A in Walton County, Florida, it's minutes from the Fort Walton and Panama City Beach Airports but worlds away from the crowds. Our building is tucked off of the south side of 30A in the quaint 'town' of Blue Mountain Beach. 30A is a two lane road that hugs the coastline of one of the world's most beautiful white sand beaches. We are between Destin and Panama City Beach (20-25 min to each), 15 minutes from Sandestin, 5 minutes from Seaside, Watercolor and Grayton Beach. There is an 18-mile bike path, a state park, many top-notch local restaurants, art galleries, boutiques, gourmet food and wine stores and a Publix supermarket just a few miles away.

relax and rejuvenate in private setting for condo living

It was a perfect off season time to be here, not too crowded making it very private. View spectacular! Close to shopping was great as weather not too good for beaching it. Wonderful healthy grocery 3 min up road "For the health of it" Will definitely come again.

Blue Mountain Paradise!

What an amazing property. Kids loved the beach and pool. Very relaxing with amazing views. Good running trails nearby. The beach setup was great. Parking was easy. Highly recommend having publix deliver your groceries so you never have to leave the compound. will be back.

Awesome Holiday!

We celebrated Memorial Day here. There were 6 adults and 2 babies. We had plenty of room and the beach was amazing! It was nice for everyone to have their own bedroom and bathroom. We had an amazing view of the ocean and sat on the spacious balcony most of the time. We will definitely try to stay here again!

Beautiful Condo

We chose this property for the view and location near a wedding. It did not disappoint! It is well appointed and provides a gorgeous view of the water. The property manager was quick to respond with questions. You will love this property.

Beautiful paradise

This condo is so beautiful, it was difficult to leave. The pictures very accurately explain the spacious condo. But nothing can accurately describe the view! The beach was not tremendously crowded and was so wonderful. We were treated to dolphin antics everyday. We cannot wait to return!

Peaceful beach stay

The property was so beautiful and peaceful. It’s tucked away a little so it’s nice and quiet. The beach is incredible and the pool was nice as well. We loved waking up and sitting on the porch staring out at the ocean. The location is nice that it’s quiet but you can walk to a handful of coffee shop/restaurants. You’ll need to drive to get to a more “happening” town like Seaside or Rosemary for shopping & most restaurants. The condo itself was clean, beds were soft and comfy. Spacious and nice for every room to have a bathroom. As a warning, it’s very minimally supplied. Just enough towels for each person to have one, kitchen is oddly stocked (several giant pots/pans but couldn’t find a teaspoon) so plan to purchase a lot or eat out. Also beach towels are not supplied but we bought some cheap ones. Overall, we loved our stay and would love to come back!

Great location, amazing balcony view. Beautiful pool area. Great security. Close to restaurants. Condo needs work, paint and repairs. Ceiling fans were very dirty. Air vents dirty. Obvious leaks in bdrm 2 bathroom. Elevator near our room did not work. Elderly had to walk a long way to unload and load belongings. Host was very responsive to coffee pot issues. No control over elevator unfortunately.

A wonderful quiet spot in Blue Mountain Beach community! The condo was just as described. Lovely decor and all the comforts needed for a beach vacay! Loved the beach & water views this condo provides! We were very pleased with all the security elements of the property too! Easy communication with the host with check-in a breeze. The beach chair setup service was awesome, too! Nate and Caleb - great service every day!

Beautiful place, but not a great vibe

The location and the property was great. The allotment regarding toilet paper and items stored at the condo were poor. Not even a box of Kleenex. We did not have hot water for two days. When we arrived, the hot water heater had been turned off. Then upon contact with the manager, we turned on the hot water heater. However, they had the temperature programmed too low. Thus, it was another night of cold water. Finally, they’ve sent someone over because we called and then they never let us know that he had been through. Communication could’ve been way better.For the price of the property things should have been smoother. Since our stay was only for four days and two of the days, we didn’t have hot water.However, the views were amazing as well as the beach.
