Had a great stay here for the formula 1. Trams easily accessible right out front and some great restaurants nearby, we loved Sam’s bbq and steak house. Easy to access unit and garage to check in. Richard supplied all details on the day for an easy stress free stay. Will be staying again next time I’m in Melbourne.
Really well appointed and equipped apartment(maybe one or two side plates would be good but not a problem!)

It was a nice property with a very lovely host. Modern, clean and good equipped.
We even caused extra effort due to an accident we had but with the host there was no problem to find an agreement.

Apartment was clean and bright. Plenty of towels and other necessities. Richard is a lovely man and alway available if needed. It's in an ideal location for the trams, rail station and so many shops and cafes serving amazing food and coffee. Definitely rent again.

All we needed for 3 nights in Melbourne. Excellent location close to rail and shops. Out of the city rat race, yet close enough for easy commute to town. Unit was very clean, with plenty of towels. Communication with Richard was easy as was check in and check out. Only small negative is 2nd bedroom is tiny and with no window to outside.
Lovely unit in a great location, close to shops and breakfast spots, as well as trams and train station. Minor hick up when checking in was sorted out and checking in was easy. Parking underneath. We’d recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay in this part of Melbourne.
Richard was great from start to finish, always available. Even came to rescue me when my key went missing temporarily.
Will recommend it and will use it again for my next trip.

Property was very well presented. It was clean, tidy and functional. Our host Richard was prompt in giving us access to the accommodation. It was a pleasure to deal with him. Parking was secure with easy access via a lift to our accommodation. The location was convenient for our family visits to Canterbury. We would be happy to sty here again in the future and also to recommend this property to others.
The property manager Richard Sun is great with communication, easily contactable. He made sure we were in the right place, showed us how everything worked. The location is very convenient for shops and public transport. I would definately recommend and will stay there again.
The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable with every we needed. It was spacious and light-filled with a good sized balcony. The secure undercover parking was a bonus. The location was great - close to shops, restaurants and transport. Richard was very friendly and helpful which made accessing the key, the booking-in process, etc very easy and convenient. Great apartment in Melbourne's best suburban location!
Richard obviously looks after this property, with a lot of small touches to make one feel at home. He met us to hand over the key and bid us farewell when we left. For anyone visiting Melbourne, this is great value accomodation in a fantastic location.

The three of us enjoyed staying in the apartment, it is on a main road, so is very close and handy to the amenities in Camberwell. There are good restaurants, cafes, bookshops and other stores. It is a quick and easy train trip into the city centre for visiting various tourist exhibitions. The owner communicated clearly and politely and was organised. The apartment is comfortable and clean. It has a dining table with 4 chairs, and we were able to have friends visit for meals and our child could go to bed at his usual time, which made a difference to the quality of our stay. We would stay there again and we would recommend it to family and friends.
