Suited our needs but noisy

Pros: The unit itself was beautiful and suited or basic needs. It’s 5 min drive to the ocean and some shopping which was convenient. The beds were comfy. It was easy enough to find nearby off-street parking. It’s dog friendly! Cons: It was a lot noisier than expected and it lacked some basic supplies such as salt, pepper, oil, or enough bin bags or toilet paper for our week-long stay. Unfortunately, you could hear the neighbours upstairs stomping around a fair bit and the alarm system to the building beeped throughout the night on a couple occasions. The internet worked well-enough, but for whatever reason the Netflix was streaming so slowly it was impossible to watch anything and the TV was difficult to navigate and there were no instructions for it (this would have been helpful). It could have been a little cleaner! The house was quite dusty and some of the pots/pans/kitchen items were a bit grubby. Overall - if you’re spending a lot of time at home like we did, I wouldn’t recommend it. However, if you just need a convenient spot to drop off your bags and explore the south side of Melbourne - this place would do the trick!
