About this property

2 master suites, quick walk to Main Street, quiet & peaceful. Owner managed.

The Park Street Guest Cottage is located at the end of Park Street in a serene country setting, walkable to town (0.5 mile), Park & Main, from another udder ice cream, Carlton Bakery, tasting rooms, shops, other restaurants, community pool, parks and more.

The cottage has two master suites, a full kitchen, a large living room with smart, cable tv, internet, books and games and a private back yard. The backyard has a paver patio, fire pit, BBQ, garden, etc.

The cottage has been completely remodeled and shares a wall with our private home. There is ample off-street parking. There is NO washer/dryer.

The cottage is ideal for two couples or families staying in the area.

Great spot super close to downtown. Landlord very easy to work with. Rooms were great, place had everything bbq, games, movies see nothing. My only heads up is the address is a little confusing with it being to the left of the property address, will say cottage. But for sure worth a stay.

Perfect place for 2 couples to stay. Kitchen is set up very well. Everything you need to cook in. Bedrooms and bathrooms are great.The outside area is lovely. We didn’t take advantage of it this time because of the extreme heat!We stayed 3 nights, concert in Forest Grove the first night and 2 days of wine tasting.

Great Cottage!

The cottage is new and in great condition it’s well appointed and was perfectly described on the website. The communication with the host was very good. It is very well located in the Willamette Valley. I would highly recommend staying here.

Perfect location to all Carlton has to offer and wineries galore! The house was perfect, not too big, not too small and nicely remodeled. Two masters were very impressive, kitchen had all necessary needs plus more. You will love the merging of contemporary and antique decor and furnishings. Cute outdoor area for enjoying summer evenings in Oregon. A true diamond in the rough!

Enjoyed our return to this delightful and welcoming home in Carlton. This trip was with another couple and having two master sweets was a perfect fit. Wonderful hosts, great communication, pleasant, short walk through neighborhoods to downtown and wineries. Highly recommended if you're in the area.

Quiet getaway

A fantastic place to stay in the Willamette Valley. It’s very quiet, clean and well appointed. You can walk into Carlton which has a surprisingly large number of restaurants and tasting rooms for such a small and quaint town. Highly recommended!

Adorable Cottage Perfect Location

We enjoyed our stay at this adorable cottage. It was very convenient to all of the wineries that we planned to visit. Everything was within a 15-30 minute drive or less. Everything was just as we expected it to be and it was a pleasure to stay here.

Our family loves living in Carlton. The cottage and our private home share a wall. The cottage, the entrances (front and back) as well as back yard are completely private.

Why they chose this property

Our home and the cottage sit in a peaceful country setting, on a quiet dead end street. We are next to farm land, and walkable to downtown Carlton's shops, restaurants, wine tasting rooms and the community outdoor pool (open in the summer months). It's the ideal location for those looking for a quiet retreat, but able to easily access the wine country.

What makes this property unique

We have extensive knowledge of the area's tasting rooms, vineyards, restaurants, etc., and are able to help you plan your tour for a fee. Please inquire when booking.
