Each morning, you can enjoy your coffee watching the sun as it comes up over the horizon and glistens off the water. Each night, you'll relax to the amazing colors that reflect off the bay waters as the sun sets for the evening. It really doesn't get much better than this!

Located on 110th street at the Capri, this building has some wonderful amenities to help make your stay even more enjoyable. You'll have access to a lighted indoor pool (open year-round), exercise room, sauna, tennis court, indoor basketball court and even a game room! The building is also convenient to restaurants, shopping and entertainment.

This fabulous 2 bedrooms, 2 bath unit can sleep 6. The master bedroom has a king size bed, full bath and a TV. The 2nd bedroom has one twin and a pyramid bunk with a double on the bottom and a twin on top. There is access to another full bath directly across the hall. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. You'll have a fully stocked kitchen for those nights that you want to stay in and eat and wireless internet to keep you connected!

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* A $75 non-refundable building registration fee is due upon arrival. The fee entitles you to one numbered parking spot. An additional spot may be available for an additional fee on a first come/ first served basis. All parking is handled by the onsite security desk.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 during the Memorial/Labor Day weekends or holidays.
* This condo is on the 18th floor. Capri is an elevator building.
* The indoor pool is open year-round.
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Beachfront building.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 110th street.
* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.
