A perfect 2 bedroom cottage.....very clean and comfy beds....lots of little extras in kitchen.... great heating....has every thing you need for a couple days or longer. WE IOVED OUR FEW DAYS THERE.

Donna was always prompt in reply to messages which makes things so easy. Lovely little cottage with all you need. Location was good a little less road noise would have been better, but you can't have everything. Nice and tidy. Will stay again.

We really appreciated the stay at Dons Little House. A beautiful house with period featured and all that we needed for our 2 night stay. We made use of the washing machine and dryer and found the gas heater to be very efficient one cold morning. I enjoyed the large covered deck and comortable bed.

Perfect Stay

This little cottage was absolutely perfect for out weekend away. It was comfortable, clean and warm. Lots of comforts to make the stay one of the best we've had in Ballarat.

We had a fantastic weekend in Ballarat. The home was very comfortable with modern appliances. Heating was great, home was secure and the location was only 5 minutes drive from the centre of town and the lake precinct. For the price it is great value. Thanks Donna for your assistance. It was such an easy process to book, pay and stay. We will stay here again in the future. Andy and Emma

Going to Ballarat in winter, isn’t very smart, but this little cottage had excellent heating! Thank you Donna. Also electric blankets on the beds and nice cosy doonas. Plenty of towels, lovely 3 or 4 ply toilet paper, a box of tissues, comfy beds and pillows. Thank you for the milk, margarine, tea bags and box of chocolates.It was really nice not to have big lists of instructions on how to behave! Thank you Donna.500 meters down the road is the North Britain Hotel. I highly recommend it too.

really great place to stay. Easy to find, parking good (note, the width of the drive might be tough for large SUVs such as land rovers, but fine for a normal car), cafes nearby, pub across the road lively but dead quiet after 11pm - Outdoor space good with a good table for playing family board games on.all in all, can recommend.I had some trouble with phone reception, but that is the problem of Vodafone, not the owner...
