Delightful Pennisula escape. Peaceful and quiet location. House has everything you need for a self contained getaway. Clean and spacious. Requires driving to beach, not close enough to walk. Apart from that great experience.
Me and my friends had an amazing time here, the place was easy to find and not too far from town. Place was very clean and Lydia communicated everything perfectly, definitely worth to stay here!
Great location close to beach and sights of Mornington Peninsula. The property was well presented and hosts accomodating. Kids especially loved the toys/games in the house.
Spacious, clean property that had all the facilities. A great place to stay for a family getaway. My kids wanted to stay there longer. Quite close to the hot springs.
Good communication with the property managers and easy check-in / check-out process.
Three mums escaped for a two night hiatus. We found a charming, lovely house full of light that was very welcoming. Thanks for the stay and everything being easy.

The staircase could do with a hand rail to make it safe going up stairs
Such a wonderful change of scenery . I take women away on short breaks for respite , the sea air and the tranquility was just what the doctor ordered ! The house was perfect . Clean, spacious , well appointed and my bed was so comfy ! The outdoor areas were terrific, I could have just stay outside listening to the birds . The house was easy to find and everything you could ever want is nearby in any direction .Thank you again Lydia and Mick for renting out your property so us city folk could have a weekend seaside escape . I certainly recommend this property .Angela C. X
This is a nice, comfortable house a short drive to the beach. I chose the option to bring my own sheets, thankfully, because I wasn't convinced the doona cover was clean. The house had a lovely covered decking area, and some attractive decor. But could use a good thorough clean. It looks like a family holiday house that is also rented out, which is OK, but if you are charging prices like that, everything should be cleaned for the guests.
This holiday house had everything we needed and more! It was clean and modern with enough space for the little kids to play and for the adults to relax on comfy chairs. The only thing that bothered me was the microwave/coffee machines and dishwasher were in a separate room next to the kitchen as we prepared all of our meals. However, if you like to go out more then it’s not such a big deal. The beach was so close, just a few minutes drive, great for the youngest who still needed to get back for nap time. There were enough toys and books and tvs so that all could play or watch whatever they wanted.
Had a wonderful stay everything you possible need is in this home . Beautiful views peaceful and enjoyed the whole weekend. Thank you so much for making our time there stress free and so cosy
Everything about this place was incredible! Tucked away in a quiet street, so clean & the beds were SO comfortable. The house had everything we needed plus more, we couldn’t be happier with our stay! Would happily stay again or recommend to anyone, you won’t be disappointed.
Gorgeous little house, set among the trees making it private and secluded. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Loved sitting out the back around the firepit! Will definitely recommend.
Great property with amazing deck area to enjoy the warm weather and cool summer breeze. Central living/dining/modern kitchen worked well. Beds are super comfy and bathrooms modern and spacious. Wifi was a great attraction. Thanks for a lovely holiday.
