Mt. Martha beach and pool getaway


Sitting on the hill overlooking Mount Martha's famous South Beach and the Balcome Valley, this house is perfectly positioned to enjoy all the local attractions. 1.2 km from the beach, shops and restaurants. Very close to the golf course and a short drive to Red Hill's famous winerys and restaurants. All these facilities so close yet you'll feel you're miles away from anywhere such is the tranquility of the location, even in the height of the summer rush.
The house has 4 bedrooms that sleep 8 people comfortably (BYO sheets and pillow covers). The main bedroom has an ensuite and the main bathroom has a bath(BYO towels). It also has two separate living areas with large screen TVs that both have Foxtel and games consoles. The large kitchen has a gas stove, electric oven, all cooking equipment , coffee machine,kettle , toaster and microwave.
There is a large outdoor undercover entertaining area with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, lounge and POOL.
This is a perfect house for a large family or 2 small families to share.

Please note that this house is in a quiet residential area and therefore any groups wishing to book the house for partying are encouraged to look elsewhere.

Bookings for Summer season must meet certain requirements ( length of stay, amount of guests, ages of guests etc. etc. )

Relax and enjoy the serenity!

This home is very comfortable, and the pool is big. Evaporative cooling worked well, so we were all very relaxed and slept well on the very hot long weekend we booked this property. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and utensils. We highly recommend this home.

Great family house

This is the second time we have stayed in this house and we really love it. There is plenty of room. There was 8 of us and we had plenty of room to get our own space if we needed it. The pool is great. All the facilities are good. We will stay here again. Carmelo is so easy to deal with. Thank you for another wonderful holiday

The house was big and beautiful. Very spacious and ample room for the kids to play and explore. The pool area was great, however didn’t like the fact that the neighbours could look directly into the back yard and pool area so no privacy was an issue for us but over all great.

Relaxing staycation

Property was spacious clean and nicely decorated. 15 minute walk to the gorgeous Mr Martha bay beach. Pool area was amazing. We will be back.

Amazing Pool

My husband and I appreciated the quiet neighbourhood, great pool, space and easy Wi-Fi and streaming to the Tv's. It is an older house which is evident in the stand alone toilet and bathroom. Just for anyone valuing privacy, the house next door unfortunately overlooks the great areas around the pool. Overall really good space and met our needs to decompress for a few days. I can certainly see why larger groups would love it!

Pros , spacious , clean , plenty of kitchen utensils , cafes and beach near by , pool , Cons … terrible beds , didn’t sleep well , mattress was horrid , having to supply own linen so much to pack , entrance to property , cannot use garage cars outside and carry food and luggage up stairs , needs more bins only one small bin , no recycle had to bring all rubbish home

This property was very clean. It had everything that we needed to make our stay a home away from home. Plenty of space for 2 families. We were able to use the pool as the weather was warm. Very relaxing environment. Nice and quiet area.The owner was very nice to deal with . Beautiful place and we would definitely go back one day.

Relaxing Mt Martha Stay!

I can totally recommend this property - flawless check in/check out process, very clean, exactly as per the listing (and maybe a bit nicer than the pics!). It's got a great beach-house vibe with lots of different rooms so big groups can separate comfortably. Will book again!

Wonderful getaway close to the peninsula
