Delightful three bedroom beach cottage situated at the rear of a beachfront house. Access to the beach via nearby pathway. Enjoy the sea breezes on the entertaining deck (upstairs) with some views of the beach.

Two bedrooms upstairs, one downstairs. Bedroom one contains a queen size bed, bedroom two has two singles that can be put together to make a double bed and bedroom three has three single beds and a trundle bed.

Lounge/dining area has television, DVD player and polished wooden floors. Kitchen has microwave and dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine - please bring own pods There is a games room downstairs which has a mini pool table and a table tennis table. Laundry has a washing machine and dryer.

Charming Avoca Beach is perfectly suited for families with a well-protected rock pool, patrolled surf beach, children's playground, boutique shopping and a la carte restaurants as well as alfresco cafes overlooking the beach. Step back in time at the award winning, character filled Avoca Beach Picture Theatre where featured movies range from unique 'Indie Films' to the latest box office smash. Go barefoot bowling, have a hit of tennis or hire a kayak or paddle boat on Avoca Lake.

Getaway

This property was very nice to stay at, nice and close to the beach as well. Best was having the table tennis table & pool table - this kept my kids entertained. There were a few problems which I would be careful to watch for if wanting a holiday. The bottom toilet need repairing, cause of the cistern & the fire alarm always going off when toasting toast. More fans were required in top bathroom and bottom. Overall would go again, all the problems that I saw would need to be fixed.

Excellent location

Fantastic location. Walking distance to everything; beach, lake, cafes and shops. Well equipped house with only minor cosmetic defects. Lots of space for everyone. Lots of fun had by all.
