5. Please recycle your wastes accordingly (bins are in the garage). If you are staying on a Wednesday night can you please take the bins out.
6. No smoking and pets inside the house

Also, please do not wipe your makeup/sunscreen onto our towels

Perfect accommodation with all those beds for five of us wanting an room each !Downstairs living area was spacious enough with a dining area adjacent to the kitchen. As the weather was very cold, the heating was amazing and the electric blankets a plus . The location is a short walk to the bus stop and although the taxi service is a little erratic we managed quite well I would suggest to other travelers that this would be perfect location for groups or family with a car. The amenities have everything you need for perfect stay and we would all stay there again.

Perfect place to stay

This was a perfect place to stay for 7 women. The house was exceptionally clean with 3 bathrooms with plenty of supplies. The lounge had enough comfortable seating for everyone to sit. The gas heater was a bonus on the cold mornings for instant heat. I would highly recommend this property to future guests.

Fabulous five bedroom house

We were a group of 5 women who had the luxury of a bedroom each and 3 bathrooms to share. The house is the best equipped house I've ever stayed in with lovely linen, electric blankets and the kitchen and generous quantities of crockery and cutlery. It's located in a quiet area within easy 10 to 15 minute walking distance to the town centre. We would definitely book again if coming to the Blue Mountains. Thanks Erica.

Absolutely Fantastic

My friends and I really enjoyed this place. It was located with a short walk into Katoomba. For a group of women, it was so great having so much space and so many bathrooms! It was very well appointed and extremely clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again.

The house is very warm, clean and perfect for Winter with many Heaters, Electric Blankets and etc. The Kitchen is very well equipped. All bedrooms are spacious. The 3 bathrooms are Perfect for large group. It is very close the Katoomba Town. Highly recommended. Thank you very much, Erica.

It was a lovely experience staying at this house. Very clean. new and modern. Our weekend was very cold and windy. Split system on both levels and gas heating in the living made it very warm and comfortable. Electric blankets were provided as well. Toiletries, kitchen utensils/crockery, condiments etc were all provided if we chose to use them. Beds were very comfortable and sheeting/doona luxurious. Highly recommend.
