One of great things about Coomonderry is that it has 6 beautifully restored bedrooms,with double sofa bed in second lounge room(just like an extra bedroom) which can comfortably sleep 16 people.

This house made a great home ground for a combined family holiday. Was spacious enough for 8 adults and 5 kids. Only negative was that the central heating did not always work the same throughout the house as some rooms were cooler then others.

We thought the beds were comfortable and just right for blankets etc, The kitchen had everything we needed. There was plenty of seating for the size of our group. The more energetic of us enjoyed the ability to walk to the lookout and restaurants. The warmth of the building was also just right, our only problem was that when we went to turn off the heating we weren't sure if we got it off or somehow turned it back on. Sorry Peter. The shower in the bath nearest the kitchen probably needs a bath mat for safety reasons. but that's small potatoes compared to the excellence of the property and everything it has to offer.

Perfect spot for our group trip to Katoomba

This house was in an excellent location, and had plenty of room and lots of comforts for our group to enjoy. The garden is also lovely. Would absolutely recommend for a great Blue Mountains stay.
