Beautifully updated waterfront studio condo in The Sunset House on Marco Island. This property offers it's guest a hotel atmosphere with a secure lobby entrance and elevators taking you up to the fourth floor, where you will find a spaciously appointed studio apartment with and unobstructed view of the white sand beaches and calm blue water as far as the eye can see.
The complex has covered parking and a heated pool surrounded by umbrellas and lounge chairs. Conveniently located just past the pool is direct access to the beach. Marco Island offers all the amenities of a large city but set inside a 5 mile tropical island setting. You can choose to shop, eat and drink at the many restaurants and bars, charter a fishing guide or just sit on the beach and relax! The property is also 30 minutes from Naples ,45 minutes from Ft Meyers airport and 2 hours from Miami and Ft Lauderdale. The Keyes can be reached by hopping on the Key West Express located on the or several hours by car.
