This condo has been taken back to the studs for a TOTAL renovation including: raised & smoothed ceilings, new flooring, new paint, all new bathrooms and kitchen, and lastly a new furniture package. This beautiful 3 bedroom condo is located in the heart of Palmetto Dunes Resort. Stop by the general store for lunch or have ice cream in the hot summer months. There is also an 11 mile lagoon system for guests to enjoy an afternoon of kayaking. Experience award winning golf courses, miles of bike paths, and restaurants all in this 2,000 acre resort! Vacationers are sure to love this amazing oceanfront property!

CAR PASSES: Palmetto Dunes Car Passes (per vehicle) are $25 for 1-2 nights, $45 3-7 nights , $60 8 -14 nights, $85 15-30 nights, $125 31-180 nights. Car Passes must be ordered at time of booking and can be picked up at our office on day of arrival.

FREE TRANSPORTATION: Palmetto Dunes Buggy is a FREE on demand and door to door shuttle to the beach and Shelter Cove Marina, Shops, and Restaurants. This Shuttle runs from April through September.

CANCELLATION POLICY: See rental agreement for more information or contact Vacation Homes of Hilton Head with any questions. If you are booking on a third party site such as VRBO or Expedia, you are subject to Vacation Homes of Hilton Head's cancellation policy. NOTE: Guests without travel insurance will not receive a refund or reimbursement for weather, hurricanes, mandatory and/ or voluntary evacuations, pandemics, etc. Please contact us for questions regarding coverage and to purchase a protection plan. Travel Insurance must be paid full upon purchase.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: To secure a reservation, we require a 50% deposit upfront and the balance payment due thirty days prior to arrival via Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express card. Photo copies of both the reservation holders Driver’s License and Credit Card will be required.

Very Nice, Family Enjoyed!

Property is in a quiet, family friendly community with beautiful beaches. Properties are well maintained and easy to navigate. Renting bicycles are great convenience especially for traveling around the gated community. Close to everything needed! Enjoyed the stay!

HHI is our family vacation spot. This year we stayed at Barrington, Palmetto Dunes. The property was clean, great view, had everything we needed for our stay. The view is outstanding! The condo is beautiful inside and plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 children. We have rented condos over the past 8 years because my parents moved and this one we all agree is the best. All units have been in this area captains walk, Hampton etc.! We all loved the shape of deck because it allowed you to talk and not so small you feel like you are lined up in a row!

We loved this condo! It was perfect for our family! The kitchen had everything we needed with updated appliances. We have stayed in places in the past that were not well cleaned but this one was very clean! We will be coming back again next summer!

Property manager was a great pleasure to work with and most helpful for planning activities and places to eat, shop, sight-see, etc. The rental was beautifully appointed, laid out to take advantage of fantastic views, squeaky clean and located in a very beautiful part of the island.
