The house has 2 bedrooms sleeps maximum of 5 people. Main bedroom has a queen bed second room queen with single bunk above.
Third bedroom is a sleepout with queen bed which is approx 3mtrs from the back door entry. Should you wish to use this area there is an additional charge of $30.00 per night. Maximum number for sleeping at property is 7.

The property is safe for family of all ages as it is fully fenced and flat section. There is access from the back of the property into the Waitaere forest, including plenty of play areas for children, along with walking /cycling tracks.
