A relaxed and charming holiday home perfect for friends and families to share.
Relax, unwind and enjoy the outdoors whilst the kids play cricket and make special memories.

- Fire pit for toasting marshmallows when the sea breeze settles in

Five minutes by car will take you swiftly to the centre of town or to the beach with your surfboards in tow.
Ten minutes on bike will get you to the Barwon Heads bridge for a drink at the pub or fish and chips in the park by the river.
Twenty minutes by foothill take you on a scenic route along the boardwalk by the river mangroves with a detour leading you to the breathtaking views by the 13th beach golf course.

This property was shared with two families for 18 years, now its owned by one of the families, the house has been fully renovated, a huge decking will be built just in time for this years summer.

This property was purchased by two families and the floor plan of the house makes it easy for two families to enjoy and share the expense or friends to have a great place to relax and enjoy Barwon Heads.

Our children and their friends have enjoyed this house for over 19 years.

What makes this property unique

Quietly positioned on a corner block in walking distance to the river, walking distance to the village type atmosphere shopping centre, with lots of cafe's, restaurants, bars and shopping.

Very relaxing place to holiday.
