Great place to stay, close to everything

This property exceeded our expectations! It was a great space for our family to enjoy a long weekend together. It was clean and comfortable and the kitchen had way more appliances than I had interest in cooking. The laundry room was an added bonus. The parking space was great so we didn't have to worry about on street parking. The neighborhood is nice and it is close to everything we wanted to see. We would highly recommend this place.

The location is amazing - blocks to Balboa Park, minutes to everything. Great restaurants within walking distance. Quiet residential neighborhood. The apartment has been totally remodeled and is light, comfortable and beautiful. Lots of natural light, but good blinds so you can sleep in. Owner was responsive and great. We would definitely return.

Tucked away gem in the middle of downtown San Diego

We were very surprised how quiet this condos location was considering it was in downtown San Diego. Ample parking and privacy was just a few of the many perks for this property. The accommodating host was spot on fabulous! So many extras we could not name them all. This is a great apartment! The beds are comfortable and the showers are awesome! All of the furniture is clean and comfortable. It was great to find some basic pantry supplies, shampoos and laundry supplies. We enjoyed the opportunity to cook a few meals during our stay. The apartment is in a great location; it’s on a quiet street, but only a few blocks from restaurants. We enjoyed our time in San Diego!

We were very happy with our stay. The home was perfect for our us , great area within walking distance to Balboa Park and local restaurants/services. Easy access to downtown SD, SD zoo and beaches including our favorite beaches on Coronado. The condo was well equipped, large rooms and comfy. Off street parking was great and accommodated our guests that came to enjoy time with us. One of our best SD stays that included our fur babies!

Exceptional experience! This condo was super clean, lots of room, and exactly as pictured in VRBO. Christopher was a gracious host. Easy check in and check out. Had starter amenities that actually lasted our entire stay. Very nicely updated, easy location to find and off street parking was fabulous. Master bed was comfortable and lots of extra pillows. Bathrooms had extra towels, and kitchen fully equipped with dishes, utensils, and pot and pans. Would stay here again and hope to on our next return to San Diego.
